This newer large 3000sqft luxurious single story home resides in the quiet, safe and secure gated community of 'Piazza Serena' in La Quinta. There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and features a living room with 12 foot ceilings, a full sized pool table and bar, a large open entertainer kitchen, and a family room with Smart TV and large sofa sectional. Backyard has a built-in stainless steel BBQ with outdoor dining table under a covered patio. A salt water pool and spa featuring a waterfall can be heated as needed and there are plenty of pool lounge chairs and other seating to enjoy the warm sun. Home also comes with a large 4 car garage and cozy indoor fire place.

Technology features include high speed wireless internet, large screen Smart TVs with Netflix included and Spectrum cable programing, and a landline phone with free long distance.

A spacious private master suite is found at its own end of the home offering complete privacy and luxury with its 10 ft. ceilings. Enjoy watching movies on the 55” Samsung Smart TV w/HDTV cable service and Netflix channels from your California king-size, pillow-top bed. Has a view of the pool and calming sounds of the waterfall. The marvelously lavish regal-size master bathroom has its own Roman tub for soaking and a separate shower.

Bedroom #2 suites features a plush, queen-sized bed with TV and large closet. This bedroom has its own full bath with shower and double sinks. Private Bedroom #3 features a marvelous queen bed with its own bathroom and shower and a large closet.

The remarkable over-sized eat-in kitchen is well equipped and features granite counter tops with large island and state-of-the-art appliances including a stainless steel Kitchenaid refrigerator w/ice maker, two ovens, a toaster/pizza-oven, five burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, along with all dishes, cooking pots, utensils…everything you need for a great breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, or dinner with friends and family.

The pool will be heated to a maximum 85 degrees only upon request at a charge $50/per day ($25 per day for spa use only) preferably requested and with payment made in advance. Spa can be heated to 100 degree maximum.

Enjoyed our 10 day stay at this spacious house.

Home was very good with all the amenities needed to make for a comfortable stay. Originally had 4 guys on a golf trip staying for couple days and the air mattress supplied was handy. For a week, there was only 3 guys and we each had our own bedroom with ensuite which was great. Pool table was a nice added feature. Home and bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable and washer/dryer was good. Just some very minor things were the big garage could use more lighting and more hangers are needed for the closets. Location was easy to find and property manager was quick to answer back on any questions we had about the house. Thanks for accommodating us.

Girlfriend getaway & golf for 4 days. The main part of the house was great (kitchen & pool table), although the furniture was of low quality. The bedrooms were not finished. Master lacked furniture in the sitting area. Second bedroom had the TV on a makeshift table. The third bedroom next to the front door lacked amenities such as dresser, mirror on closet doors, plus 'tacky' (ripped) paper curtains & the ceiling fan did not work. Lacked soap, paper towels, etc.

Golf Get away

There were 5 of us who stayed in this lovely home.We found the home to be spotless and large enough to accomadate a huge group. The beds were very comfortable, great to have the pool table, plus to have the pool and spa outside. It took us a while to figure out the heating system on the pool but got it working. There were just a few disappointments with the home, lack of or very few coat hangers(had to purchase)had to purchase dishwasher and dish soap,the flys were horrible for the 9 days we were there(but not owners fault) had issues with the dishwasher door to keep close,many light bulbs were burnt out in bedrooms and bathrooms and there was no lawn so thank goodness we didn't have children with us, plus I don't think the barbeque tools should be kept outside when there are so many empty drawers for them in the kitchen(just my opinion) and on our last day no hot water!!Booking was very easy and Diane was very helpful with everything.

Not What We Were Expecting

While the house is large, only about half of it apart from the bedrooms is really useful. There is a living room that is poorly furnished and a dining room that has a pool table; both were not used. The master bedroom is huge but a lot of wasted space. The best room is the kitchen and family room but the furniture was uncomfortable to use, especially the dining chairs and stools. The house is also a long way from many activities and really on the outskirts of La Quinta. It has a nice jacuzzi and pool but the cost to heat them is not included in the rent. We were ‘allowed’ a certain dollar amount for utilities and anything after that was out of the damage deposit. I used a lot of my damage deposit to cover that cost as it was not worth having a pool if you couldn’t use it. Even though the house is relatively new, it is already showing wear and tear, especially the back of the house. Overall, the house was fairly clean but a lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them. One thing to be aware of are the extra costs that are separate from the rent such as insurance. There is a fee for insurance, extra for utilities (see above) so be aware when booking to add that in to understand what the full cost will be. I will not be recommending this house to family and friends.

Beautiful big and clean

We recently stayed at Diane's la Quinta home for the coachella music festival 2016. The property was a short 5 min drive to the polo grounds and the home exceeded our expectations! It was well stocked and very clean and spacious with great neighbors who Keep to themselves. The pool and jacuzzi was such a nice treat to have as well on these hot dessert days. Thanks Diane we had a blast!

Golf and Relaxation Get away

Generally the house was decent place to go. It was a modern home with a nice Jacuzzi and Pool. I think the pictures do it more justice than when you actually get there. Basically there needed to be more attention to detail. There were cracked tiles. Blinds in front room was made of paper that you could not draw up for sunshine. There was a full length mirror in master bedroom that was never hung. The garage could have used a good sweeping. House was cleaned, but not meticulously cleaned. The other think to consider is about 7 miles from any store/entertainment. Otherwise the price is right.

Lovely, Spacious Home

We had a wonderful stay at the Piazza Serena over New Year's Eve! The home was even larger than expected, which was great since the weather was cooler and we spent a lot of time indoors. The pool and hot tub were easy to heat and very clean. All of the appliances, bathrooms, and furniture were very clean and in working condition. Even the mattresses were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on - especially in a rental property. The location is somewhat in the middle of nowhere which you should know if you plan on going out at night. We only left the home once, but had no trouble calling an Uber to take us in to town. It's great if you plan to have a more relaxing weekend with a small group of friends or family. We would definitely stay at the Piazza Serena again!

Beautifully Decorated Spacious Home

This house exceeded my expectations. I loved that it was in a quiet, gated neighborhood with easy access for renters. The home was enormous and beautifully decorated. The sprawling master bedroom was the size of a small studio apartment with a large alcove, bathroom, and walk-in closet. The beds were extremely comfortable! My friends and I also enjoyed the outdoor patio, pool, and jacuzzi. The only problem was that the dishwasher door was hard to shut, but we were warned of this in advance. Overall, this house is great for a relaxing, luxurious getaway for groups. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. This vacation home is highly recommended and I would rent it again in a heart beat!

Amazing house...amazing amenities...amazing owners!!! Everything about our stay from the booking to the last day(which came way too fast) was utterly amazing. Beautiful Home

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a getaway weekend. The house is fabulous! Beds were super comfy, it's so spacious, and has all the amenities we needed. Loved having the hot tub and everything worked great. The house felt very private. I loved the covered outdoor seating too since I don't like to sit in the sun too long. Would definitely stay here again! On the 2nd night, the smoke detector battery in the bedroom started beeping for low battery (it happens) and I called the owners while they were out on a Saturday night and they walked me through getting the ladder and how to replace the battery. They were very attentive to the problem and made sure we solved it.

A great winter stay

My husband and I stayed in this house for 2.5 months in order to enjoy a winter in the desert. Diane was wonderful to deal with...very responsive to any questions or concerns . The house itself is beautiful! The kitchen is equipped with anything you might need or want...even a crockpot! The house is clean, the beds are comfortable (and there is a cot in case two Queens and a King are not enough! It was great for our young grandson!).The yard is lovely, well furnished, with a beautiful pool and spa, and the pool table inside provided great indoor fun, as well. The community is very quiet and friendly. We were out and about with our large dog several times a day (when we weren't off enjoying desert activities) and met quite a few of the neighbors, all of whom were quite welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone who wants a great "home away from home" .We certainly felt as if we were home after the first week or two!

Fantastic

Me and a few friends stayed at this fabulous house for a golfing weekend. This isn't a house, it's a mini mansion. Everything is in tip top condition. The backyard with the pool and Jacuzzi was superb after the days on the links. The great room with the pool table got allot of use. The kitchen is the size of a small arena and all the appliances are top of the line. Diane was great to deal with and from initial contact the reservation with all the details was sorted in a matter of a day. Just outstanding. Can't wait till May next year and book the mansion again.

A wonderful vacation!

My family and I were looking for a relaxing and quiet place to stay, away from the noisy city life, and this place was exactly what we needed. The community of Piazza Serena was nice and quiet with no city noise, yet you weren't too far away from stores/restaurants (10 min drive). The house was amazing and was so much better than we expected. The rooms were so big and relaxing especially the master bedroom/bathroom. We loved having breakfast each morning in the kitchen and dinning area. But for us, the best part of the house was the pool and backyard, including at night with everything lit up. Steve and Diane made us feel so welcomed and returned our calls quickly when we had questions about the house. We definitely plan to come back here again.

Best Vacation Ever !

This home was incredible. Everything was brand new. Our family loves to cook, everything was state of the art appliances. Beautiful huge kitchen. The beds were soooo comfortable, slept like a baby every night. Everything in this home was thought of, for your convenience. Beautiful kitchen utensils, every type of serving plate you could possibly need. Outside was great for tanning, had a nice barbeque bar outside. I felt as if I was in a 5 star hotel. Lots of extra towels, and pillows. EVERYTHING YOU NEEEEEEEEEED !

Beautiful Home & Owners

My husband and I had never been to Palm Springs and decided it would be a perfect place to bring my son and celebrate his 25th Birthday. I spent over a month researching different areas and homes in PS and came across Piazza Serena and didn't take me long that this was my choice. Every aspect of this home was outstanding and is accurately described and photographed. While the boys golfed I enjoyed the privacy of soaking up the sun in the beautifully maintained backyard. I also enjoyed cooking in the state of the art kitchen. everything you needed was there. I sucked at pool against my boys but was great entertainment. We had the privilege of meeting the owners when arriving, couldn't ask for a more friendly down to earth couple, they made us feel so welcome and we would text on a regular basis. We highly recommend this home and the exceptional attention you will receive from the owners is truly awesome. Thanks again Stephan & Diane

Beautiful Home with All amenities and Great Comfort

Excellent rental for a stress-free vacation. Working with Diane was easy and efficient, all questions were answered within 30 min. This is the first time I've stayed at a Vrbo home where I haven't had to contact the owner/manager about something. All instructions were explained in an Email and a the written list left at the house. And everything worked! The kitchen was nicely stocked with state of the art appliances, the TV/den adjoining the kitchen was so comfortable that it's where we spent the majority of our indoor time. The formal living room was furnished beautifully. The Pool Table and the gorgeous beverage station only added to our enjoyment. The square table at the sliding glass door over looking the pool/spa and the tranquil mountains is where we ate inside meals. The outdoor BBQ and the table on the patio were a big plus as well. The heated salt water pool/spa and outdoor lights were all easily controlled from a remote-control pad and we used the pool/spa every day. The beds were very comfortable and the HVAC units worked extremely well. A couple of small things might be added; such as NETFLIX in the den and master bedroom, a TV in the guest bedroom. Six of us stayed in the house and the layout provides plenty of space and privacy. What was especially nice is that each one of the bedrooms has it's own Full Bathroom.I highly recommend this house for a care-free vacation with all the amenities a first class house would offer. Having such a responsive owner who obviously cares a lot for his house and his guests is a HUGE plus. If you stayed here you wouldn't be disappointed.

This house exceeded all of our expectations. The owners were attentive and made sure everything was in working order and even checked from time to time to see if we needed anything. If we called with a question they were quick to call us back. The pool and hot tub were such a treat, especially for my son and his wife who flew in from New York for a few days and loved the warmth and sunshine. My daughter and husband drove over from LA with her two kids and also loved everything about the house. Both of my children are great cooks so we made good use of the wonderful kitchen and the outdoor BBQ. The kids loved playing Pool and watching Netflix I have bad back and the master bed was so comfortable!!! All in all, we can't say enough about how much we loved the house, it was very clean and well cared for as well. We'd love to come back next year! Thanks for a great vacation!!

Wonderful House!!!

From the second you walk in...WOW! In regards to the photos accurately reflecting the property...absolutely! The property was beyond clean and definitely well maintained. Pride of ownership abounded. Yes, I would highly recommend this property to friends/family. First off, the property owners are just wonderful and so personable! They truly want their guests to have a memorable stay. Of course I asked a million questions and they graciously emailed me with answers. This was our first time renting somebody's home on-line and the owner helped me to understand what was needed from me and how to go about doing it which was greatly appreciated. His home is absolutely lovely and extremely spacious with beautiful design. It accommodated six adults with tremendous comfort! We absolutely felt at home with all the furnishings, electronics, stocked kitchen with state of the art appliances. The nights were complete with a wonderful dip in the beautiful salt water pool and Spa. The BBQ grill with large counter space and the fire pit only added to our enjoyment. The home has so many windows to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains that surround the area. The Gated Community provided quiet days and tranquil evenings which we very much appreciated coming from the busyness of the Los Angeles. Lastly, even upon arrival and needing questions answered, the owner took our calls and checked in with us to make sure everything was up to par. I definitely would recommend adding Piazza Serena to your stay while in La Quinta.

Great escape from the city.

My wife, the kids and I booked this property for a quick getaway vacation. We loved this delightful house which is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Our children loved the outdoor pool and inside pool table. I highly recommend this home for a worry-free vacation experience. The owner's attention to detail ensures a phenomenal guest experience. We have already started making plans to come back in this Summer.
