Great house, great (warm)swimmingpool, very clean, well equiped and new. One bathroom was a bit short for 8 people, but extra outsite shower compensated. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants (15-20 min)

Great location, good facilities, super modern and clean

Fantastic house - very modern, clean and fresh, with beautiful garden and pool. In a quiet residential street and not overlooked. Lots of communal space, and well equipped. Very easy to access cycle paths, of which there are many. The description and photos are very accurate. The owners were very welcoming and relaxed, despite a last minute delay of several hours on our side with our arrival. The only downside is that there is only 1 WC and shower room. As we were only 2 adults and 2 children, this wasn't a problem for us, but might be a struggle for larger groups.

nous vous remercions pour votre gentil commentaire sur notre villa en revanche nous sommes bien conscients du petit désagrément. l'extension d'une deuxième salle de bain ainsi que des toilettes etaient prévu malheureusement le mauvais temps de cet hiver à retarde les travaux. Nous espérons pouvoir executer les travaux pour la saison 2019. Merci encore de votre visite chez nous.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem großem Pool

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in diesem sehr schönen modernisierten Haus: große Glasfront mit Blick auf den gepflegten und beheizten Pool, der groß genug ist, um auch darin zu schwimmen. Tolles und ruhiges Ambiente direkt am Waldrand. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Zur Begrüßung gab es Obst und eine Flasche Wein. Empfehlenswert sind Fahrräder, da es zu Fuß etwas weit weg ist vom Strand und dem Städtchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Un excellent séjour

Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et enjoué. La maison était parfaite pour un super séjour en famille puis avec des amis. La maison était parfaitement propre, accueillante fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre. Sa situation est idéale dans un cartier très agréable et calme face à la forêt. le jardin la terrasse et la piscine permettent de très bons moments de partages. A renouveler et à recommander.

Geniales Ferienhaus für acht Erwachsene

Meine erwachsenen Kinder, Ihre Freunde und ich waren Ende August in diesem ruhig am Waldrand gelegenen Ferienhaus mit großem Pool. Die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten bieten viel Platz auch für acht Erwachsene. Besonders das große Wohnzimmer / Küche mit dem langen Tisch war für uns wichtig, da wir viel gemeinsam kochen und spielen. Das Haus ist modern und komplett eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und man merkt, dass die Vermieter sich selber um das Haus kümmern. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und im Pool kann man sogar ein paar Schwimmzüge machen. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall einen wunderbaren Urlaub und werden gerne wieder kommen. Ein großes Merci an den Vermieter Pascal. Es war kein Problem, dass wir recht spät angekommen und auch wieder früh gefahren sind. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und alles prima vorbereitet.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa. Encore plus belle que sur les photos. Assez d espace pour ne pas se marcher dessus et avoir son moment de tranquillité si besoin. Très belle piscine chauffée dommage que le temps ne nous ait pas permis d en profiter plus. Propriétaires très sympathiques, à l écoute et réactifs. Bref.....on y retournera avec grand plaisir.

Urlaub, wie man ihn sich wünscht

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und Fragen wurden immer sofort beantwortet. Die Übergabe und Rückgabe des Hauses liefen bestens. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Wein und Obst. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Wir haben das Haus nur zu zweit genossen, für eine Familie ist es ideal, ggf. , wenn man sich sehr gut versteht, auch mit zwei Familien. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Fantastische Immobilie in hervorragender Lage. Das Haus, Grundstück und Pool sind wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und 2 wunderbare entspannte Wochen verbracht. Der Vermieter Pascal ist sehr nett , zuvorkommend und schnell. Er betreibt einen Obst- und Weinladen in Biscarosse-Plage, der ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert ist - prima Qualität und gute Weine. @ Pascal: MERCI BEAUCOUP ET A BIENTOT! Nous reviendrons 😊

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir haben im Juni 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses, die ruhige Umgebung direkt am Waldrand und die Möglichkeit mit dem Fahrrad den Traumstand und einen Süßwassersee zu erreichen sind ideal. Das Haus ist neu und mit viel Geschmack liebevoll eingerichtet. Dabei ist wirklich alles an Ausstattung und Küchenutensilien vorhanden, was man braucht. Man merkt, dass es den Besitzern Pascal und Sandrine wichtig ist, dass ihre Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Es sind auch die kleinen Dinge, die uns in guter Erinnerung bleiben werden, wie der tolle Obstkorb und die Flasche Weißwein bei der Ankunft sowie viele einfach vorhandene Dinge wie Kaffeekapseln, Schwämme, Waschmittel etc. Wir haben Obst, Gemüse und Wein in Pascals Laden in Biscarrosse gekauft, er hat dort sehr leckere und frische Ware - nicht zu vergleichen mit der im Supermarkt. Cher Pascal, nous avons rédigé nos commentaires dans notre langue, mais tenons également à vous remercier à nouveau en français pour notre agréable séjour et votre manière toujours courtoise. Nous aimerions revenir! P.S. La traduction se fait bien entendu avec le traducteur "Google" ;-)

Séjour idyllique!

Accueil fluide et sympa par Pascal, le propriétaire. Corbeille de fruit et vin blanc offerts. Grande villa très propre de plein pieds donnant sur un jardin spacieux sans vis-à-vis et une grande piscine chauffée. Maison idéale pour les vacances avec enfats

Tout d abord nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire. La maison était propre, la literie est top, la piscine est très agréable et chauffée. L emplacement était bien pour nous, proche des commerces et de la plage. Une bonne balade à vélo pour aller au lac. Maison idéale pour les familles. Merci encore pour l accueil avec corbeille de fruits et une bouteille ;)) vacances au top !
