The “Loft” has 1 Bedroom with a Queen bed, 1 Bathroom. It is 750 sq. ft. and has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, small appliances, dinnerware, silverware, glasses & utensils. The Loft also boasts a flat screen HD TV, VCR,& DVD player. High-speed wireless internet is also provided. An airbed is available for additional guests’ sleeping space.
Peace & serenity setting. Far enough away from the sounds of town, yet still close enough to be convenient. This property is located minutes from the freeway for easy access.

We expect you to treat the “Loft” like you would your own home while you are visiting. This home is in a Quiet & safe neighborhood.
Please be respectable of noise levels. Please no outside music after 10:00 pm.
Please close windows if A/C or Heater is on.
Please NO SMOKING in the “Loft” & be very careful around the grounds as you are surrounded with oaks throughout the property.
Please NO animals.
Please NO unreported guests without approval.
Prior to departure, please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher. PLEASE put all used sheets & towels into laundry room in a pile & all trash thrown away in trash cans.

Nice location and relaxing views from patio

Property is in a great location and has nice views. The layout of the loft is comfortable. We had trouble accessing the property on arrival. Directions need to be updated. The bedroom was comfortable and area was very quiet. The bathroom needs a good cleaning, especially around the floor, and the towels and bath rugs need replacing. We were surprised to read the notes on leaving property telling us to strip bed and take sheets and towels down to the laundry room at the main house. We thought that would be included in cleaning fee. Overall with some cleaning it is a nice property.

The Loft is Wonderful

This property is easy to find and the Atascadero/SLO area offers a variety of vacation activities. I recommend the Loft to anyone travelling to this area. Guests must be aware that the stairs to access the unit are relatively steep. Carrying heavy luggage or coolers must be done carefully and using the handrails. There is plenty of outdoor lighting for safety after dark.

Stay at the Loft

The loft was quaint and we liked the grounds and the neighborhood. In this time of COVID, there was no one around for acres except horses and goats, so that was great. Too hot to use horseshoe pit, but the grounds were nice and well kept. We were short a number of supplies, but the on site manager was friendly, really great at communicating, and very accommodating. We liked being close to Cambrian, Harmony, and the beach, but away from all the crowds. We liked how quiet it was.

Great wedding weekend

Place was awesome and located on a beautiful property. Very easy to access and just a great getaway. Place is right between SLO and Paso Robles. Will book in the future again if I ever end up back out in that area.
