Welcome to Bel Villas, you are in a private property surrounded by photinias, oaks and roses with remote-controlled gate, green area, private parking, Located 1km from the village of Montauroux and 1.5 from the village of Callian, close to all amenities (bakeries, post office, pharmacy, bank, tourist office, hairdressers, restaurants ...) and 500m from the Montauroux stadium where you can go for a health walk on a marked trail or just walk in the forest .
Quality service, in a calm environment far from the turpitudes of the city. Pets not accepted
Single storey house with equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with flat screen tv, 2 bedrooms for 4 people, 1 large double bed 160cm x 200 cm and 2 single beds 90 cm x 190 cm, an Italian shower room, 1 wc. Outside you can enjoy the private terrace not overlooked with garden furniture, lounge, bbq, a swimming pool 14m x 6m to share with 3 other rentals on the property, playground for adults and children - Table tennis table, ground of pétanque, outdoor sports device.

Entspannter Urlaub!

Sehr schöne Villa gelegen in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend. Ca 15 min von allen Geschäften und Diensten. Schöne angenehme Poolanlage mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Groß und Klein. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend!
