About this property

Luxury living, private yard to golf course! Summer Rates!

Luxury single story, all first floor living. Beautiful 2100 sqft North Scottsdale townhome with three bedrooms, two baths and one car attached garage. Home is well equipped with all of the amenities and comforts of resort living. Western facing private backyard backing up to the Grayhawk golf course with personal spool (small dipping pool/large hot tub) and spectacular sunsets. Community also has a heated large pool, hot tub and workout facility. Home has easy access to all of Scottsdale shopping and amenities.

Additional fee applies for housekeeping service- provided approximately every 2 weeks.

We love dogs and understand that they are a beloved part of a family. An additional
non-refundable pet fee applies- $15 per day for one small dog and $20 per day for two small dogs. We believe there are no bad dogs, only bad owners. Unfortunately due to past issues, we charge this fee, but the alternative is to not allow pets at all.

Heated hot tub fee applies during the winter months November-April -$15 per day.
Electric fee applies during summer months May-October-$15 per day.

30 day minimum stay required. Friends and family may book shorter stays.

This single level townhome is quiet, roomy, and has lovely sunset views. Comfy beds and great location in Grayhawk. The hosts provide all that you could need and respond quickly to any questions. We’ve stayed there twice and will definitely return.

We’d recommend this townhome to anyone! Great home, clean, great location and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. If you’re a golfer, I’d recommend very highly. Denise was awesome and very responsive to our inquiries and questions.

Wonderful home!

This is the best overall place I’ve stayed at over the past 5 years of coming to AZ. The home is beautiful and has all the amenities of a “real@ home. The back patio is just beautiful. And Denise (owner) was lovely to “work” with. Very attentive to questions etc. I’m coming back here next year!

Denise was the most thoughtful and gracious host! She provided us with all of the information we needed and went out of her way to make sure our stay was nothing less than perfection. She checked in on us regularly to ensure we have what we needed. She gave great restaurant recommendations and a list of things we could go see and do. The property is absolutely beautiful and in such a great location on Greyhawk golf course. Home was very well maintained and cozy. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, beautiful view of the sunsets from the back yard not to mention an amazing spool and outdoor area. We absolutely loved this property and will be staying here when we go back to Scottsdale. Thank you Denise for welcoming us into your gorgeous home!!

A comfy home on the 18th hole at Talon

We spent the month of October in Scottsdale as my husband was having a procedure at Mayo Clinic. The moment I saw this townhouse on VRBO, I knew it was the one for us. It just looked so comfortable, not too big, not too small, had a great kitchen, living area, and bedrooms plus the patio looked out at the 18th hole of the Talon golf course at Grayhawk which also provided us with stunning sunsets every night. Denise was fantastic in communicating with us when we had questions. The neighborhood was great for daily walks and it was close to 2 great grocery stores plus several restaurants with outdoor dining options. Since my husband had been in the Mayo hospital for a few days, when he was discharged we needed to 'stay in' for most meals for a couple of weeks. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we used the gas grill on the patio frequently. We would definitely return to this property.

Pristine golf resort experience

I really don’t know where to begin ! I was blown away by this gorgeous property the second I opened the door! Denise has a premiere location In the grayhawk community with a golf course view, stunning sunsets from a spotless adorable patio- that has a spool!!! Loved the waterfall and relaxing on the cool nights in the spool ! The layout was open, SPOTLESS, and everything you could ask for and more. All 3 bedrooms were on one side of the unit and a large welcoming great room with dining room (coolest furnishings and decorating !!) and a large kitchen with all granite and supplies to make anything you could imagine. Another round kitchen table and sitting area, laundry room and pantry. It was so nice to arrive and have all we needed , easy instructions and Denise could not be any kinder. I have to say this was my favorite rental experience as to date! Our weather wasn’t the greatest but when your in paradise how can one complain! I’d love to rent again if I don’t buy before next winter!

Scottsdale Paradise

My husband and I spent 2 glorious months in this beautiful townhome in North Scottsdale. We had everything we needed and more... a relaxing spool with vibrant bougainvillea overlooking Grayhawk golf course, comfortable king bed in the master, and a great gourmet kitchen. Grayhawk has a great walking path all around the neighborhood with saguaro and multitude of other interesting cacti. A short walk to DC ranch shopping area and tasty, fun restaurants. 5 stars !!!!

Best Scottsdale condo we’ve ever stayed in

Very private outdoor patio INCLUDING a hot tube and a view of the golf course. Inside, well furnished with master suite separated from other 2 bedrooms. Close to 2 shopping areas. DC Ranch about 1/2 mile away and Frys super market about 1 mile in the other direction. We preferred walking to Frys where they have everything. Restaurants in both shopping centers. This is our 5 winter rental in Greyhawk and by far, the nicest. Communication with the owner was fantastic as well.

First, lest me say that Denise McDavid (owner) could not have been more accommodating during our stay. The place was absolutely in perfect and clean condition with many more amenities than expected. Complete with up to date washer, drier and refrigerator. This is a place you could easily make into your permanent home by just moving in. The view from the patio looked directly onto an immaculate golf course and was furnished with excellent patio furniture, lighting and a spool for our enjoyment. It made for a quiet and completely relaxing atmosphere. My wife and I would rate this five star and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellence. Les Kennedy

Your Own Private Resort!

This home is thoughtful in every way; beautifully decorated, fully-stocked, & centrally-located to both DC Ranch & Grayhawk. It is a slice of paradise and your home away from home all wrapped up in to one flawless property. Subtle touches of Southwestern decor meet contemporary design and comfort, all with the amenities of a 5-star resort. The house was spotless; with pristine linens and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could think of needing to prepare a meal and entertain friends & family, and toiletries were provided in the bathrooms. The WiFi was reliable and speedy, and the Amazon Alexa’s & Roku’s throughout the home were easy-to-use, and a pleasant addition. The back patio area is truly the star of the show; with the most incredible sunsets over the 18th hole of the Greyhawk Golf Course. The patio also boasts plenty of room for both lounging and dining, with a fully-functioning built-in grill and sizeable pool/hot tub that heat up quickly. Denise was highly responsive in every sense; she was extremely helpful as a first-time VRBO user during the booking process and was timely in her responses to our questions upon our arrival. We were allowed both an early check in and late check out at no cost, which was a wonderful start and end to our perfect trip! We will most definitely be back to enjoy this stunning property!

What makes this property unique

We love dogs and understand that they are a beloved part of a family.
We believe there are no bad dogs, only bad owners and because of this we charge an additional non-refundable $15 per day for one dog and $20 per day for two dogs. We are sad to say that we have had some past guests with pets that were not respectful of our home. We are also sorry to have to charge this fee but the alternative is to not allow pets at all.
