Right on the boardwalk and facing onto the stunning Mission Bay, this beautiful 3 bedroom ground floor apartment is the perfect getaway location.
The large private patio is complete with a fire pit, dining area and large gas BBQ for you to relax and enjoy the calm and tranquility that Mission Bay has to offer. With the sandy Mission Beach on your doorstep and the ocean just a short walk away, you ll be spoilt for choice on things to do.
Inside this modern apartment as well as a large living and kitchen area leading onto the patio comes 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom with its King sized bed is en-suite and looks out onto the bay with sliding doors leading out onto the patio area, the second bedroom is a Queen sized bed with an en-suite and the 3rd twin bedroom has an ample closet space and a 3rd bathroom that is off the hallway.
This really is a beautiful property that comes with 2 parking spots, wifi, 42" plasma TV and all the modern facilities you need on your vacation. If you wish to bring a small pet, you can!

Always a great stay

Repeat stay around this time of year and it was as good as the first. Great location and walkable to so many places. Dixie is very accommodating and a fast communicator. Thanks again for a great trip!!

Six week bayside stay

The rental needs a deep clean. The couch is also filthy and terribly uncomfortable. Definitely needs extra set of sheets for main bedroom especially since extra linens were available for all the other beds. Positives: fast WiFi (two adults working remotely full time and had no issues!), well appointed kitchen, location, and dedicated outside parking space (garage for storage was nice but don’t bother trying to park in it if not driving small vehicle or else you won’t be able to get out of your car!)

Needs some attention

The location was excellent. We had a wonderful time. The outdoor patio was quite large with a big table and lots of seating. The garage was full of beach toys, chairs and boogy boards but much to narrow for a car. The outdoor parking spot was nice. The second car could be parked at the aquatic center near by. The grass was great for the dog. The house needs a deep clean. The only sofa was also in need of cleaning. Kitchen pots and pans were rusty and scratched. We had 4 spoons. The master had ants by the head of the bed. I called Dixie the first day. She was very prompt and accommodating and ordered new skillets and flatware that arrived the same day. Overall it was a terrific experience.

Bayside Retreat

Our stay was wonderful. Nice layout with a bathroom for every bedroom. Weather was great, so spent more time hanging out on the outdoor patio space and the grassy beach front area. Looking forward to next year!
