House 4pers in the first line between a small lake and the dune. In architect house with owner on site. Very calm district.

Access to the beach on foot by road very little frequented (200m) or by marked path in the dune (150m).

1 bedroom with a double bed + 2 bunk beds in separate alcove.
Private garden with covered terrace, deckchairs and barbecue.

Ideal place to enjoy the calm, the ocean, the beach and the forest without having to take the car.

Marina on the seafront 900m, very nice with many restaurants and shops and casino. To see, the auction (fishing port).

Hossegor at 5 minutes. The two cities are very lively at night during the summer (shopping, restaurants, local shows, night markets, parties, etc.).

Bayonne and Biarritz 20 minutes by car for tourism and shopping.

Classified villages of the Basque Country at 30minutes.

Idéal pour un séjour en famille

Au coeur des dunes de sables qui donnent sur la mer. Proche des pistes cyclables qui donnent un accès rapide sur le marché. Le coeur de ville où le port sont à 5imn en voiture. Parfait pour faire du sport en pleine nature. Je recommande bien entendu.

Location très bien située et très bien équipée. C’est vraiment appréciable de pouvoir aller à la plage à pied. Le jardin est ombragé, et c’était extrêmement agréable de trouver cette fraîcheur en rentrant car nous avons eu une semaine très chaude. Thomas est un hôte très disponible et sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location !

-herzlicher, hilfsbereiter und unkomplizierter Vermieter -ruhig am Dorfrand gelegene Wohnung mit schönem Gartenanteil in wunderschöner Umgebung -zu Fuss und mit dem Fahrrad in ein paar Minuten am Strand oder im Wald -die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet -die vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder sind Gold wert. Awesome time in November in Cap Breton

First time being in Cap Breton in early winter and I definitely enjoyed it very much. Key factor had been the awesome stay in Thomas apartment! He had been a very nice host and at any point in time helpful. It had been a great communication with him and immediate response prior and during the stay. Très bon séjour dans un appartement chaleureux et extrêmement bien placée dans Capbreton ! L’endroit est idéal pour lézarder sur la plage (même se baigner vu le temps de cette semaine) . Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et arrangeants! Nous recommandons !!

Un beau séjour à l'ombre des arbres et au calme, tout près de la plage. L'appartement est très confortable, bien isolé (testé à 38°C !!), joliment meublé : on n'a pas envie de repartir. Merci à Thomas pour son accueil et les vélos très appréciés. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

J'ai loué cet appartement pour une longue période avec mes 2 enfants. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et calme. Très pratique car proche de tout à Capbreton : plage (à pieds), départ pistes cyclables à 100m, centre-ville et commerces à 5min en voiture, stade, médiathèque, etc. On est aussi très proche du pays basque en voiture. Propriétaires très sympas, appart joliment décoré, tout y est. Petit plus : 2 vélos sont gracieusement mis à disposition par Thomas et Emeline. J'aurais aimé pouvoir y rester plus longtemps !

Nette Vermieter! Klein aber sehr funktionell. Für ein Paar perfekt. Für mehr Personen fände ich es zu klein, es sei denn im Hochsommer, wenn man sowieso mehr draußen als drinnen ist. Die eigene Gartenecke mit Terrasse ist toll. Zum Strandzugang sind es wirklich nur 200 m und selbst ins Zentrum oder zum Hafen nach Capbreton kann man laufen.
