Located just a half mile from downtown Kennebunk, and four miles from the beaches (we provide beach parking passes) and Kennebunkport's Dock Square, our home's location makes it easy to drive, walk or bike to local restaurants and shops.
This three-bedroom, two-bath, two-story Cape style-home has a two-car garage, and it's conveniently located a mile from the Maine Turnpike, with Portland, Maine and Portsmouth, NH just a half hour north and south, respectively.
Comfortable and cozy 1,800-square-foot home features hard wood floors and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large island for food preparation. The large living room features a reclining sofa and two chairs, a 65 inch flat screen TV, and glass sliding doors opening to the backyard. office space and a sofa, and overlooks the sunny backyard. The sun room features Two full baths, one on each floor, feature a stand-up shower and a jetted tub.
All three bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom and offer queen-size beds and two twin beds.

Why they chose this property
Located in a very quiet neighborhood with limited traffic, our home is a half mile to downtown Kennebunk and four miles to Kennebunkport. We love its close proximity to the towns' beaches, restaurants, antique shops and outdoor activities, including the Rachel Carson Wildlife Reserve. And we're just a half hour drive from Portland, Maine, a fun tourist city with more restaurants than you can count.
