house that can accommodate 8 people comprising on the ground floor: 1 living / dining room / kitchen, bathroom, WC and a large 40 m² terrace with garden furniture
upstairs: 2 bedrooms: West side bedroom with 1 double bed and view of the salt marshes. 1 East side bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
Sleeping sofa bed in the living room with 2 places.
Private garden of 250 m² with indoor parking space.

If the house is located near the road to Giens, it also has a privileged location near an area protected by the Conservatoire du Littoral, near the Iles d'Or, the Presqu'ïle de Giens also protected where beautiful walks on foot are possible.
La Capte is a very touristy hamlet with many summer events (concerts, fireworks, craft nights)
The beach at the end of the crossing at 100 m is monitored from July to the end of August.
Possibility of launching or small boat mooring at Port de la Capte at 150m.
Space for kite surfers and windsurfers 5 minutes from Almanarre beach
A large market takes place on Friday morning under the pine forest at 50 m

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet mit viel künstlerischem Touch - genau richtig für entspannte Ferien. Der Aussenbereich ist auch sehr schön. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de revenir pour la deuxième année consécutive dans cette charmante maison à Hyères, et c’est toujours un vrai bonheur ! La maison est chaleureuse, très agréable à vivre et parfaitement équipée, on s’y sent immédiatement comme chez soi. L’emplacement est idéal : à deux pas de la plage de la Capte et tout proche des commerces et commodités, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du séjour sans contrainte. C’est un petit havre de paix où l’on revient avec plaisir et que nous recommandons vivement.

Petite maison avec une deco atypique, bien agencée et idéalement localisée, proche commerces, resto et plage. Se déplacer à pied est un luxe quand on peut garer sa voiture car le traffic sur la presqu’île est très important en août.

Nettes einfaches Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin M. Scott war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. In nächster Nähe gibt's Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Pizzeria Bars. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind sehr schön, besonders Almanarre. Es finden schöne Märkte in direkter Umgebung statt. Am Abend ist einiges los. Einfach eine sehr schöne Region zum Urlaub machen. Uns hat Hyeres sehr gut gea

Une maison chaleureuse et vivante.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante maison idéalement située. Aller à la plage en 1mn était un réel confort pour toute la famille. Et à 5mn à pied de toutes commodités. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié retrouver cette chaleureuse maison et son joli jardin pour y passer de sympathiques soirées. La propriétaire a été très gentille et disponible.

Großes Haus mit schönem Außenbereich und nah am Strand

Positiv: Wunderschöner Außenbereich zum Relaxen. Sehr nette Vermieterin - leider ist mein Französisch ziemlich eingerostet, sonst hätten wir uns bestimmt länger unterhalten. Sehr nah zum Strand (<150 m). Sehr flach und warmes Wasser. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Interessante, rustikale und künstlerische Einrichtung. Viel Platz. 3 Ventilatoren. Fahrzeug kann vor dem Haus oder im Hof geparkt werden. Negativ: Direkt an der Straße. Am Wochenende kann es schon mal etwas länger laut sein durch vorbeifahrende Fahrzeuge. Es gibt einige Stechmücken, aber mit Autan, Moskito Coils und Citronella Kerzen kann man das schon in den Griff bekommen :-). Der Strand ist, wie für die Cote d'Azur üblich recht schmal, aber irgendwie trotzdem nett.

Top location at a NICE place

An excellent location at very close distance to the beach. Hyeres (and the airport) at very close distance. On top Toulon is near. House is very good annd complete and could only recommend better mattresses as the ones on all beds are really hard and not as we like it.

Séjour Agréable

Notre séjour de 2 semaines était très agréable. La mer est juste à côté. La location est conforme aux photos. Nous avons profité d'une belle terrasse très grande et ombragée. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Künstlerisch gestaltetes Ferienhaus

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre und ist innen sehr individuell künstlerisch gestaltet - der Außenbereich ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral zum Ortsteil La Capte und zum Strand - alles fussläufig nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

È difficile andare via...

La vacanza di una settimana in casa di Myrtil è stata splendida. La casa per certi aspetti è rustica come dice l'annuncio, ma il salone e lo spazio esterno sono molto vivibili e spaziosi per due famiglie con figli. In ppchi minuti si arriva alle spiagge di La Capte , con un mare bellissimo, molto adatto ai bambini.
