Island Winds condo 1102 is a lovely eleventh floor vacation condo rental boasting stunning views of the Gulf of America and Estero Bay, situated on an expansive white sandy beach. This renovated condo with central air and free WiFi features a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a sleeper in the living room. This condo will sleep up to six comfortably. Condo rates are based on 4 but will sleep 6 with additional fees per person, per week.

Enjoy outdoor seating on one of three screened lanais, one from each bedroom and living room. Additional condo features include a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop and stainless-steel appliances. Stay in and cook, or if you are in true vacation mode, you can hit the town and dine at one of many nearby restaurants. The spacious living and dining room has seating for all. The primary bathroom has a standard walk-in shower, double sinks, and a closet with a full-sized washer and dryer. The guest bathroom provides tub/shower combo. All linens are provided, including beach towels!

Sunny Home Away from Home!

We had a great time staying at Island Winds! We made new friends! We loved how wide the beach was! Great wildlife right out the windows! Osprey! Bottle Nose Dolphins! Loved being in the pool! Worked out twice a day. The apartment is really well furnished and very comfortable. We used the outdoor grill a lot. The Publix has freakishly good pork chops. The neighbors are lovely! A lot of people from the midwest. The building was quiet, respectful and relaxing. People were very polite about mask wearing. Extremely hospitable! Great views from all rooms! Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. You may have to replace some paper / cleaning products while you are there. Went to Sanibel Island twice and loved it! Had an amazing meal at Cielo on Sanibel. Loved Heavenly Biscuits and Fresh Catch Bistro. The Fort Myers Beach can get crazy during peak hours getting off and on island. Make sure you plan around that if you are going out to eat on the north end of the island.

11th floor condo

We had a great time.. Everything was very nice.. The only trouble we had was the elevator was down 2 days.. On one day it did not work until 10:00 pm…My friend has Parkinson’s and it was quite a chore for her to climb 11 floors…Also we had a problem with the TV.. Dish finally came after 6 days of no TV..

Fort Myers Beach Summer Vacation

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo and it was nicely furnished with 2 clean bathrooms and 3 separate balconies. You could see the beach from 2 of the balconies. The building is on the beach with only a short walk to the water. The pool and hot tub were very nice, very clean and a great place to relax off the beach. We appreciated having been supplied a binder with local information and the closet had 2 beach chairs, boogie boards and noodles. The kitchen appliances were excellent. We also liked the location being away from high traffic area of Fort Myers beach. The extra security of the building and the personal parking space was great. The down sides were that they supplied only 2 rolls of toilet paper for the week and the the only garbage bags were the ones in the baskets. The air conditioning didn’t seem to reach into the master bedroom very well but is wasn’t too bad.

Great Vacation

The property was very well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issues we experienced was the Elevator stopped working one day and it was on the weekend so it was not fixed until Monday. The after hours manager was not very professional and short when she talked to you.

Lovely Place!

The condo we rented was lovely! We had a hiccup or two when we first got there and the property manager and handyman took care of it immediately. Everything else was smooth and easy. The beach is huge, but it was worth the walk to the water! Great sunsets!
