Great stay

We had a great time on Marco Island! This place said everything we needed to keep little kids happy and parents comfortable. The mattresses were especially comfortable! Two bathtubs, plenty of sleeping arrangements, and a pool. We rented a car to get places, and had Publix deliver all our food

Quiet area close to everything. The kids loved the pool. Hosts were quick to respond with any questions. The layout of the house gave everyone their own space (3 adults - 3 teens). Enjoyed every minute.

Overall, I would give this house a 4 out of 5 stars. It was in a good location, not far from anything. The pool didn't work the first night, but was fixed and ready for use in about 36 hours. Otherwise, everything was fine. Zac was good to work with.

We do our very best to ensure the place is cleaned from top to bottom and trust that our guests clean their pans thoroughly. We do have pictures taken once the cleaning is complete and the kitchen looks to be spotless, but we will keep a closer eye to ensure this standard is consistently upheld. Picture perfect!

It’s not often rental photos are exactly what you get when you arrive, but this property was! So clean, so well decorated and homey! I stayed with my husband and two boys 2 & 3 and it couldn’t have gone any better for us. Everything was clean and well maintained inside and out, the pool was absolutely wonderful, so many pool floats and toys for the boys to keep them entertained when they weren’t playing in the play room with all the awesome toys provided. It’s so peaceful and quiet on Marco unlike any place we have stayed in Florida, I can see why it holds such a special place in Zac and Mary’s heart. There’s a no shortage of quality or comfort in this home from the beautiful flowers lining the pool to the massive refrigerator of my dreams in the open concept kitchen. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, Mary was wonderful at suggesting restaurants for a special occasion dinner as well. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful home, we are already looking forward to booking again!

Recently, life took us on a new adventure, and we found ourselves relocating to Orlando. But even though our address has changed, our love for Marco Island remains as strong as ever. That's why we've decided to share our island haven with others by turning it into a vacation rental.
