Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage mit Blick über die Bucht von La Baule

Die Wohnung bietet genug Raum für einen Urlaub zu dritt, ist sehr hell (SW Ausrichtung) und gemütlich. Die technische Ausstattung (TV, Internet, umfangreiche Küchengeräte) hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der zugesicherte Parkplatz am Haus war jederzeit verfügbar. Zum Ortszentrum sind es 5 min. zu Fuß. Der Wohnung ist vom sehr schönen, langen Sandstrand nur durch eine Straße (tags und abends sorgt diese für einen Geräuschpegel) getrennt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die schriftliche Kommunikation im Vorfeld war zuverlässig und zeitnah.

Très bel appartement, très propre, très bien meublé, très bien orienté, près de tous commerces. Propriétaire très accueillante, disponible. Par contre, pour une personne handicapée en fauteuil roulant, cet appartement manque d'espace et accessibilité à la douche.

J'ai apprécié l'accueil à la gare pour une découverte de la ville et le transport des bagages. L'immeuble est très bien tenu et l'appartement d'une propreté irréprochable. Eau fraiche au frigo , produits ménagers fournis. Rien ne manque . Je ne peux que recommander.

Parfait Acceuil et séjour magnifique ´ dans un appartement très lumineux et confortable avec tout le centre à pied. Proprietaire très à l’écoute de tout ce qui peut être agréable pour la location. Charmante. Excellent séjour de 3 semaines . L’immeuble est très bien tenu et sécurisé.

Bel appartement moderne vue mer proche centre

Avantages : Bel appartement moderne , balcon vue mer et proche centre. Salon agreable avec super television avec box et wifi, et chambre Confortable. Très belle salle de bain , cuisine tres bien équipée. Balcon agreable avec table confortable. Bien pour 2 personnes car le salon est petit et que 3 couchages dans la chambre. Petits inconvénients mais ceci ne nous a pas poser de problemes : salon petit avec grande table de salle à manger , manque petits rangements dans salon et chambre, et aussi cuisine, Un placard supplémentaire fermé en hauteur serait la bienvenue pour ranger l alimentation a l abri de la poussière. Mais ceci ne devrait pas poser de problème si vous n avez pas trop d affaires et que vous ne faites pas trop de courses, il y a un grand frigo et congélateur. Un plus , accès immeuble pour handicapée et place de parking. Dans l ensemble c'est un très bel appartement à mon goût, il nous manquait juste le beau temps.

10 jours d'excellentes vacances à la Baule ! Très bon accueil, appartement confortable et bien équipé. Emplacement parfait près commerces et en léger retrait à l'abri de la circulation automobile tout en bénéficiant d'une vue mer. Pas de nuisance sonore, facilité de stationnement.

Nettes sauberes Domizil mit guter Betreuung durch Vermieter

Es ist alles da, was man braucht und sogar noch mehr. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet aber etwas voll gestellt. Leider war kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm zu empfangen. Die Wohnung wurde gut warm. Der Balkon liegt ab Nachmittags 16:30 Uhr bis zum Sonnenuntergang voll in der Sonne. Das wird warm und man muss es mögen. Das Hauptbett ist typisch für Frankreich nur 1.40 m breit. Das ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für Bettwäsche und Handtücher sollten insgesamt 110 Euro gezahlt werden. Das ist viel. Da bringt man sich die Sachen besser selber mit oder kauft es sich irgendwo! Die Straße hört man schon, aber dafür ist der Meerblick einmalig. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 1,5 km entfernt. Keine Bäckerei oder Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Nähe. Da muss man immer mit dem Auto zum Carrfour Markt außerhalb fahren. Das war etwas blöd und erfordert Planung. Frisches Baguette und Croissant am Morgen ist also Fehlanzeige. Wlan Zugang klappte einwandfrei. Die Parkmöglichkeit hinterm Haus war gut, aber etwas schwer zu finden wegen der vielen Einbahnstraßen. Wir würden wiederkommen.
