Nature's Getaway - Animal Free Property

Relaxing water view retreat. Our River House is located in a nature’s paradise, off a canal. House is just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. We are an animal free property.

Every room has been completely remodeled. We renovated the kitchen, bathroom, all the floors, living room and bedrooms. We have decorated to give you a relaxing feeling the moment you walk into our Riverhouse.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities and new appliances. Ready for anyone who loves to cook.

First bedroom has a king bed and TV. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed.. The living room has a flat screen TV, with basic cable and chromecast available for use. There is an electric fireplace. Internet/Wi-Fi available.

There is a screened in area on the deck with table and chairs to enjoy the peaceful view without the bugs.

There are 2 canoes for you to enjoy. Propane grill is available for use.

No Pets Allowed.

Terrific Property

What a terrific rental! It was spotlessly clean and wonderfully equipped. There was nothing we needed that we couldn't find. Check in and communication was excellent too. The property is easy to reach and very well located for access to the area interests. It is quiet and low key which was great for us with a lovely setting on a small canal. The porch was outstanding and the house extremely comfortable. We had a Golden-Crowned Heron drop in on the deck one evening and the small lizards on the dock and outside screen were a hoot for us northerners. This is truly and outstanding option for a vacation choice. Thanks!!

PERFECT!

The property is a perfect location. ‘Very clean and updated. Everything you might need is provided.... all the dishes and utensils for cooking, including a grill. We really enjoyed setting out on the covered patio and taking the canoe out. Just a suggestion....do not take the canoe out during low tide. We cannot wait to come back.
