About this property

1st floor apartment, 70 m2, 50 meters from the beach and its bell tower.

I have 2 apartments for rent in the same house on the 1st and 2nd floor.
This is our family home, with the family apartment on the 3rd floor.
The whole has been refurbished recently. It is located in the historic center of the village of Collioure, 50 m from the beaches, shops and restaurants.
Each apartment has 3 independent bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room / kitchen and have a total area of 70m2 each.
It is with great pleasure that we will welcome you under our beautiful sun.
Each apartment has a very beautiful clarity, with windows on the exterior street and windows also on a large interior skylight.

Très bien situé mais bruyant

L'appartement ne peut être plus central dans Collioure et la proximité avec la mer est très appréciable. Néanmoins, en plein mois d'août, l'appartement est très bruyant à cause de la rue où la vie s'arrête peu, même la nuit. Nous n'avions pas anticiper ce problème.
