L appartement est idéalement situé. Cependant il est vieillot et moyennement équipé.

Très bel emplacement et volume. Cependant, l appartement mériterait d'être rénové avec de nouvelles huisseries qui ferment et équipé de climatisation. La vue sur la mer est magnifique et il est situé sur une superbe crique a l eau turquoise

Très bel appartement

Il n'y a pas grand chose à dire sur l'appartement. Il correspondais à ce que nous attendions et la vue est superbe. Seul bémol, mais c'est valable pour tout Miami Platja, le train, dont la voie n'est pas protégée, klaxonne tout au long de sa traversée pour avertir d'eventuels piétons qui pourraient être sur les rails.
