Il Signor Juan ha una casa potenzialmente interessante. È molto gentile e disponibile, ma ha commesso un errore importante. La casa è lasciata a sè stessa e probabilmente la persona che se ne occupa non lo fa come sarebbe opportuno e giusto. Il risultato è deludente. Possiamo decisamente consigliare al Signor Juan di essere più presente, maggiormente responsabile e fare in modo che la casa sia all’altezza di essere affittata. Lei è gentile ad essere disponibile a risolvere i problemi al momento, ma non è sufficiente e non è giusto per i suoi clienti che intendono trascorrere una vacanza. Non basta avere una lavatrice se non hai dove stendere il bucato, non serve la macchina del caffè se non hai una tazza per berlo, non basta un barbecue se è pieno di grasso, non serve un lume se non ha la lampadina, non serve un wc se non funziona, non serve un cancello di entrata se è rotto e non si può chiudere… eccetera eccetera. Risolva questi e molti altri problemi e i suoi clienti la ringrazieranno. Le esigenze e/o le carenze di una casa di turismo si risolvono facilmente se si pianificano prima di incassare l’affitto, con buon senso e responsabilità. Oltre alla sua grande gentilezza, siamo fiduciosi che dimostrerà di avere sia l’uno che l’altra. Una stella per la gentilezza, una per la comunicazione. Per il resto c’è ancora molto da fare. Un ultimo consiglio. Faccia trovare ai suoi clienti nel frigo una bottiglia d’acqua: con un costo irrilevante e 40 gradi in casa farà un figurone.

Ciao Daria, innanzitutto ci scusiamo per aver riscontrato gli inconvenienti che hai dettagliato in casa, anche se li abbiamo risolti tutti lo stesso lunedì successivo al tuo arrivo, comprendiamo che sarebbe stato auspicabile evitarli. Prendiamo atto di tutti i suggerimenti che ci avete dato perché ci permetteranno di essere alla pari di qualsiasi famiglia che soggiornerà nella nostra casa, e sebbene sia le famiglie che vi hanno preceduto, sia quelle che sono venute dopo di voi , ci hanno valutato prevalentemente con 5 stelle non possiamo abbassare la guardia e dobbiamo assicurarci che la casa sia sempre in perfette condizioni. Un havre de paix

La maison est spacieuse, bien rangée et propre, l'endroit est calme et très reposant. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine utiles s'y trouvent. Les chambres sont également bien équipées. Il fait malheureusement chaud dans les chambres à l'étage mais le gérant propose des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre. S'il y avait la clim, ce serait parfait ! La terrasse est super agreable avec son petit jardin et son barbecue est super efficace. Il y a un accès direct à la piscine, ce qui est un plus. La piscine est vraiment exceptionnelle et est accessible à toute heure. On la partage avec quelques voisins, révisez donc un peu votre espagnol lorsque ceux ci vous interpellent 😅. La maison se trouve à un peu plus de 5km des plages et des magasins, sa situation est idéale. La maison est également proche de Salou, Cambrils et Tarragone (20 min en voiture). Nous avons passé un super séjour et Juan a pu répondre à nos demandes et est resté disponible par téléphone. Nous recommandons à 100% cette location et n'hésiterons pas à revenir !

Es war eine sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Haus. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Der Kontakt zum Hauseigentümer war super. Meine Familie und ich würde immer wieder gerne zurück kommen. Vorhanden war ein Grill. Fahrräder für ein Spaziergang. Strand Zubehör was man benutzen dürfte. Wir haben von 1 Woche auf 2 Wochen verlängert. Es ist definitiv zu empfehlen ob as Paar oder Familie

Schöner erholsamer, ruhiger Urlaub

Wir sind sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Es sind genügend Spielsachen und Sandsachen für unseren Kleinen vorhanden gewesen. Desweiteren hatten wir eine sehr gut funktionierende mobile Klimaanlage und einen starken Ventilator. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet gewesen bis auf eine Kaffeemaschine. Der Pool war sehr schön und wir kühlten uns regelmäßig dort ab. Der Eigentümer war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Auf den Nachbargrundstück leben Katzen die von einzelne Anwohner gefüttert wurden, leider machten sie ab und zu ihre Geschäfte auf den Grundstück. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Urlaub 09-28.07. 2022

Unser Urlaub in der Unterkunft war einfach super entspannt. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte ohne Probleme. Die Sprachbarrieren waren zwar vorhanden, da der Vermieter nur in Spanisch und ich in Deutsch kommunizieren könnten. Durch Google Übersetzer war es jedoch kein Problem und Kleinigkeiten oder Anmerkungen konnten schnell kommuniziert werden. Wir haben die Unterkunft mit einem Kleinkind besucht. Dadurch das die Zugänge zur Straße wie auch zum Pool verschlossen werden könnten, könnten wir unser Kind frei laufen lassen und auch als Elternteil den Urlaub genießen. Sollte man Mal keine Lust auf den Pool haben, ist der Strand in kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Den Urlaub im Ferienhaus vom Herrn Garcia zu verbringen war grandios und ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Ideal para familias

La casa dispone de todo lo necesario para poder tener una estancia super agradable . Las habitaciones son grandes y aunque disponen de ventiladores se echa de menos el aire acondicionado. Tiene un jardín con barbacoa maravilloso. El porche te permite poder hacer todas las comidas fuera. Desde el jardí tienes acceso directo a la piscina con unos vecinos muy agradables y grandes anfitriones. Ideal para viatjar con niños estás lejos del bullicio pero a la vez cerca con un montón de playas y calas para visitar. Gracias por todo,Juan.
