Private 5 Star Downtown & Rodeo Stylish Decor

This is a private 2 bdrm 1 bath house. It is stylishly decorated and freshly remodeled, fully furnished with 2 super comfortable queen beds and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to cook an amazing meal. The house is a 5 minute drive to Fry’s grocery store, Walmart, downtown Prescott, many biking and hiking trails, and lots of awesome restaurants. This property also has a stackable washer and dryer that is there for your use. We promise you will feel right at home!
On this property there is a 1 bedroom guesthouse. It has its own entrance and parking spot.
There is an additional backyard that is community to both units.
You can absolutely rent both units together.
Dogs are allowed. Please notify host. There is a $100 pet fee.

Perfect and simple for what we were looking for! Our trip was only for three nights, and mostly consisted of business, but the two of us were able to enjoy everything this spot had to offer - including cooking meals. Communication with our host was clear, pleasant, and prompt. Location provided a peaceful atmosphere - we would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The home was perfect for our weekend getaway! We escaped the phoenix heat and got to enjoy Prescott as this home is in the perfect location for all activities! The home was very clean and cozy. The host was very prompt with responses and great communication. We can not wait to come back and stay here again!

We booked this property for our son's college drop-off weekend at Embry-Riddle and really enjoyed our stay. The home is clean, comfortably decorated, and features a great kitchen with a massive island that was perfect for dining and family game nights. The host was very thoughtful, leaving out brochures and magazines with local restaurant and activity recommendations. Parking onsite is on the tighter side, the beds are a bit squeaky, and there’s a lack of outdoor space, but the indoor comfort and cleanliness more than made up for it. Would stay again!

This home is perfect and made us feel at home. The owners decorated so perfectly. The couch is huge and comfortable. Bedrooms spacious…we slept well. Everything you need is in the kitchen. You cannot ask for a better stay. We look forward to returning and staying longer. Thank you.
