This townhouse is the perfect family-friendly accommodation for any travel need. The rental is in the heart of Virginia Beach. An easy 3 block or 5-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, the townhouse is a great option for easy access to local attractions and nightlife at the Oceanfront.
This 2 story, 2 bedroom townhouse sleeps 4 people comfortably. With 2.5 bathrooms, high-end furnishings, 10-foot ceilings, an attached single-car, private parking garage, additional free on-site parking, ceiling fans in each room, TV in the Living Room and another in the downstairs King bedroom, washer, dryer, stainless steel appliances, working kitchen and granite counters, pantry storage, 2 large walk-in closets, upstairs porch with rocking chairs and free WiFi, our house is comfortable and functional.
When you walk through the courtyard-facing front door, you will see a door leading to the downstairs bedroom. There is a King bed downstairs and a Queen bed upstairs. There's a full bathroom for each bedroom, a small compact car attached garage, a back door leading to a small patio facing the quiet alley and a large laundry room with storage, washer and dryer.
There is a large TV located in the downstairs bedroom.
The second floor features a powder room, a cozy living area with a TV and a beautiful, open-concept, fully stocked kitchen. A balcony with two rocking chairs overlooks the quaint courtyard. The bedroom on the second floor features a queen-sized bed, a large bathroom and a spacious closet for your personal items.
The house is 1300 square feet total.
We provide two bath towel sets per bedroom (more available upon request for a linen rental fee). This set contains a washcloth, hand towel and bath towel. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soaps and other essential cleaning supplies as well. Guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies as needed. There is a standard coffee maker in each home and the kitchens are equipped with essentials for cooking and preparing meals.
Our homes are in the heart of the Virginia Beach resort area and walking distance to the best restaurants, nightlife, and live entertainment. The Virginia Beach Convention Center, Sports Center, Virginia Museum of Contemporary Arts Center (MOCA) and the developing Atlantic Park (the 18th Street wave park and concert venue scheduled for completion in 2025) are within walking distance as well. In addition, there are golf courses, putt-putt golf, water sports, water parks, the Aquarium, concert venues, grocery stores, parks for children, coffee shops, bars and other entertainment activities nearby within walking or driving distance.
Some Important Points:
If you have booked a stay longer than 2 weeks, you will be responsible for providing your own bed sheets and bath towels as our linen rental company cannot cover this duration of time. We do offer rentals for longer reservations, however the cost for linen rentals increases and we are happy to provide that information. For all short-term rentals, we will provide your bed sheets and bath towels.
Please pay the pet fee if you are traveling with your four-legged family members. The fee is $100.
There is an attached, single-car parking garage perfect for compact cars and mid-size SUVs. There is an additional parking pad behind the houses alongside the fence. These four spaces are first come first serve. With your check-in details, we provide information on the municipal parking garages around the neighborhood available for overnight parking should you have an additional car. You cannot park on 22nd Street overnight or you will receive a ticket from the city.

We send you a login for your guest app upon booking confirmation. This app gives you access to information and ways to purchase beach, bike or baby gear rentals should you have an interest in those items for your visit. All rental equipment reserved will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure. The baby gear ladies will even meet you at the airport if you need a stroller upon landing!
No early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season (May through September). Unless essential, please plan to adhere to the 4 PM check-in and 10:30 AM check-out.
There are no grills onsite. However, you are welcome to bring one or you may purchase one from the local hardware store a couple blocks North. Please dispose of all supplies and materials and clean up prior to departure.

Nice location, not too far from the beach. The property wasn’t squeaky clean upon arrival (some small trash on the floor of one bathroom), but overall a lovely place to stay. Plenty of parking spots. Close to lots of good restaurants and the surf park. We enjoyed the garden patio area too.
Off season rental, great price. The usual Virginia Beach shenanigans of intoxicated individuals yelling threateningly, and weed and tobacco smoke everywhere. Home is in a great location. Bring your own safe cookware as the cookware in this home his cheap flaky teflon. That’s not unusual for a rental, just something to be aware of.Main problem was the beds- they are the softest and most worn-in beds we’ve ever encountered and even my teenagers backs hurt. Living room furniture was also cheap and uncomfortable. Checked out a couple days early due to no one getting quality sleep. If that sort of thing doesn’t bother you and the price is right don’t hesitate to rent though.

Hayley, this review is a bit surprising. We just purchased an $800 headboard and bedframe, not cheap, for the upstairs queen bedroom. We also replaced the dresser and side table up there given the other one was about ten years old and in tough shape. Before each season, we take inventory and replenish or replace items where needed. We work really hard to ensure furnishings and supplies are not cheap, but durable and quality given heavy foot traffic now through the fall. I would have appreciated a note on anything in the kitchen needing replacement, as three stars really hinders and hurts the performance of the rental for the future. I believe the mattresses are a personal preference and we often hear great things about the mattresses - but we will look into this. I am sorry to hear no one slept well. That is never our intention.
Our family enjoyed our stay at this home! We had plenty of space, parking was easy, and the beach/shops/restaurants were only a 5 minute walk! The property manager was easily reached for any questions we had prior to or during our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!
We really love the location and the little side street that it’s down is right in the middle of everything but feels super cozy and everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly! The property was super clean and close to the beach. It was the perfect place to spend a few days over the Thanksgiving weekend.

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for a few nights in July and enjoyed how close it was to the beach and the VB Boardwalk. Check in and check out were easy and the place was clean. It's decorated super cute and there are plenty of spaces to hang out together both inside and outside. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware in case you plan on making meals at home.
Very clean and spacious. The AC worked wonders for how hot it was outside. Everything was overall great. Only note was that the microwave seemed to not be working correctly but luckily we didn’t really need it.
Property was as described and pictured. Clean, well maintained, and convenient to beach, stores, etc. Beatles fans should check out the Abbey Road Pub only a short walk away. We would definitely book this property again.
The property was well kept, clean & very accommodating.Thank you for a great stay!I do want to report that the kitchen faucet needs to be adjusted so it doesn't leak & the downstairs bathroom needs a better shower curtain that will prevent water from going outside of the tub when showering. A shower curtain with a more pliable fabric & a magnet that holds the curtain flush with the tub will prevent water damage to the wall & floor.
The town house is walking distance to the beach and a 7 eleven. The area is clean, friendly, and safe. At first, I had an issue with the wifi and the property manager remedied it right away. I will definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed a long weekend in this home. Clean, met all of our needs. Great water pressure in the home. This is a great location. We parked when we arrived and were able to ride our bikes and walk everywhere we went. We would definitely return to this home.
Great time on vacation. My only recommendation is to provide at least one beach chair and beach towel. I've stayed in dozens of beach rentals along the east coast, and this was the first one that didn't provide anything beach related.
