This beautifully remodeled, four-bedroom home located in Downtown Charlevoix is only two blocks from Lake Michigan beaches and seven blocks from downtown. A rare feature for in town, this home sleeps up to 20, and has an incredible backyard for all your grilling, cornhole, and late night s'mores! Enjoy free wifi and a beautiful front porch to rock the day away. This rental also comes with two free kayak rentals (deposit required). Plenty of parking in the driveway and street parking. It’s perfect for family reunions, kids will absolutely love the lofts and bunk rooms, parents will love that everyone is contained into one house!

This is a rare home in downtown that has amazing access to Lake Michigan beaches and also downtown Charlevoix. We love the lake and have lots of lake toys depending on the renter!
