As close to the beach as possible!!! Located in exclusive Shore Villas, this beautiful beach condo with its own direct Wi-Fi reception is located only 33 feet from the ocean with stunning unobstructed views from the living room, master bedroom, and recently renovated kitchen. Shore Villas consists of only 33 select units located on the non-drive portion of the beach with only 9 direct ocean front units. Shore Villas is located between Ebb Tide and Errol by the Sea. This second floor unit has no neighbors on either side providing absolute privacy and serene breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean directly in front as well as entire New Smyrna Beach to the north and south.

The unit is also caddy corner to the pool with full view of pool from the balcony for watchful parents. Relax and enjoy the balmy breeze of the Atlantic and moonlit nights from the balcony connected to both the entire width of the living room and master bedroom. The living room also has a window on the north side providing an unobstructed bonus view of the beach from the living room and kitchen.

Beach front condo has tile floor in the entire unit and and bathrooms. This unit will truly be your ocean front home away from home. Television sets are conveniently located in each room with cable television. Full size stackable washer/dryer inside of unit. Shopping and restaurants conveniently located close by for your enjoyment.

We have stayed here for several years now. It is always the place we want to be in New Smyrna Beach! The manager, Sam, goes above and beyond to help us. This year was a bit strange because they are renourishing the beach right in front of the condo, but we will be back next year!

The condo was very nice, clean and easily accommodated 5 adults. The elevator made the 2nd story assessable for the disable veteran who was traveling with us. But the BEST part is the ocean view from the balcony, which is assessable from the living room & the master suite. We didn't get to enjoy the pool as it was closed for cleaning for the majority of the week but it was addressed quickly by the host who sent us a partial refund. We enjoyed ourselves during a week of truly resting & relaxing and eating at all of the wonderful restaurants. We would surly stay again next time we go to New Smyrna Beach.

We had an amazing stay here over spring break. The location truly couldn’t be better—being right on the beach made everything so easy and relaxing, especially with kids. We spent so much time just enjoying the view and going back and forth from the beach without any hassle.The place itself was exactly what we were hoping for. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the week. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it a great experience for guests.The host was also great to work with—very responsive and easy to communicate with, which always makes a big difference.Overall, this was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. Hello this is my third year to the condo and I love the view and property however this year I was extremely disappointed I wasnt notified the pool was under renovation because I wouldn’t have spent over 200 on a bathing suit and coverup. I do plan on staying again and hoping for better communication or compensation of a discount next year.
