The first floor features the primary bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and living room with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove (wood provided), and comfortable seating. The second floor loft includes a queen bed, two twin beds, and a second bathroom. The loft is open to the living room by a half wall.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing seating for meals. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village's community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines.
