Upgraded 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath condo located at Sunshine Village in Mammoth Lakes, near the Sierra Star Golf Course and shuttle route to Eagle Lodge. Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft.

This second-story unit spans two levels. The first floor features the primary bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and living room with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove (wood provided), and comfortable seating. The second floor loft includes a queen bed, two twin beds, and a second bathroom. The loft is open to the living room by a half wall.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing seating for meals. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village's community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

Had a wonderful week. Very nice accommodations, close to town, and quiet. We had a little difficulty finding the complex due to soo much snow covering all signage. We do recommend Sunshine Village!

Just right

This was perfect for our stay. It was comfortable and had enough space for all our needs. The beds were pretty soft, which was fine for me but a little too much for my linebacker-sized husband. No judgment- just trying to be informative. Location was great and check-in and out was very easy.

Great spot but beds were small

Overall stay was good but the queen beds were not queens. They were full sized. I felt very cramped sleeping each night. Check in and out was easy. It was still a great time in Mammoth!

Comfy, clean, and convenient!

Stayed here for two nights with some friends during a snowboring trip and loved it! Great location, updated throughout, and very clean. Kitchen had everything needed for meals and overall it was very functual. All of the beds were super comfy too (even the twins)! Would definitely rent again. One small note: We couldn’t find a shovel anywhere, so I would definitely recommend bringing one so you can dig your car out. Our neighbors were nice enough to let us borrow theirs, but it would have been tough to get out without it.

We loved it

Great condo. Nice kitchen with marble countertop, well equipped, and everything we needed for our stay. We are French and cook a lot. Plenty of wood for the fireplace, which is a plus. On the downside, the sink in the full bathroom was taking too long to drain. We talked to the property manager onsite, but he told us we need to contact the reservation center. Not being an emergency, we let it go. I'll trust it will be fixed next time we'll rent. Anyway, this place is great, clean, 2 minutes from the Vons and downtown, and 5 minutes from Eagle Lodge. I highly recommend this place.
