Nice, Pet Friendly, One Bedroom & Loft & 2 Bath Condominium in town near the Sierra Star Golf Course and the shuttle route to the Eagle Lodge Express Ski Lift Area in Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 6. Second Story unit with 2 levels The Master Bedroom has 1 Queen Bed and the Loft has 2 Full Beds and 1 Twin Bed. 2 TV's, Large Flat Screen in the Living Room and a regular TV Bedroom. WIFI Internet Access. New tile in the bathrooms and nice newly installed doors. You walk up 1 flight of stairs (outside) to enter the unit and there are two levels...The first floor is the master bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, comfortable living room, dining room...the second floor is the loft which is open to the living room by a half wall and second bathroom. There are 2 outside parking spaces available. There is a game room with a billiard table, a ping pong table and a video game in the lobby of the Sunshine Village condos. In the summer you have access to BBQ areas throughout the complex and a Tennis Court near the swimming pool at Sunshine Village. Everything in house was super clean. Made the stay enjoyable.

The carpet was stained and nasty. The rugs in the kitchen looked like they hadn't been washed in a decade. There were crushed eggshells and cornflakes stuck to the cabinetry in the kitchen from the previous guest. There were well developed and large cobwebs hanging from the ceilings and in the upstairs shower. I had to purchase cleaner to clean the upstairs shower, which also had a bar of already been used soap in it. There were long black hairs in the shower, on the floor and in the vanity drawers from the previous guest. While I was at it, I cleaned the toilet as well. While I was on my hands and knees cleaning the floor I noticed the dried urine stains on the front of the toilet. The sheets on one bed upstairs were never changed. It was disgusting. I had to change those sheets. In doing so, I discovered an "extra" pillow in the top drawer of a dresser with large blood stains on it. In the downstairs bedroom, there were blood stains on the blue and white top comforter. There were other stains on the bedskirt and sham pillow covers. The curtains were dripping with dust. The outside storage unit was locked and neither key provided would work. So, we had no place to store skis or snowboards. Once we were there it was too late to change our accommodations without a major headache. I can say we will never stay there again. Whoever owns the condo.......the person or company you're paying to clean isn't doing their job. I have pictures of everything.

Sunshine Village ski condo

Great location close to everything! Food, restaurants, rental vendors etc. well stocked condo with games, cable, stereo, etc. And plenty of towels for all in our party. firewood was readily available just outside patio door and parking was convenient to unit. Kitchen had all the necessary flatware and pots, pans for cooking in if we chose. Shuttle was just across the street and Eagle lodge just down the road. Only glitches- some kitchen utensils were lacking and the water heater was challenged in keeping up with producing enough hot water but overall worthy of a return visit to this privately owned but professionally managed unit.
