Standard Unit, 2 Bedroom & Loft & Three Bath Town home in the Scenic Meadow area of Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 8 (approx.1300 sq. Ft.). You enter the unit on the first floor which has both bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the second floor is the living room, kitchen, dining room and 3rd full bath. The Living Room has a Lane Reclining Sofa & Reclining Love Seat and 40" Flat Screen TV. The third floor is the loft (open into the living room by a half wall). Each bedroom has 1 queen bed, and the loft has 1 queen bed, 1 full bed & 1 twin bed. 4 flat screen TVs (Living Room, Each Bedroom and Loft), VCR/ DVD, stereo & Wireless Internet Access. Washer/Dryer in unit. Great Views from the living room deck. Cabin Style decor. New dishwasher and stove installed December 2013. No phone in unit. Although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owners do bring their own dogs to the unit. There are a maximum of two outdoor parking spaces available. Snowflower Features a Hot Spa and Sauna, Summer Time Only Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, and On-Site Laundry. There are No Motorhomes, Trailers or any type of Towed Vehicles allowed on the Snowflower property. COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET and CABLE TV are provided, however NO REFUNDS will be given for connectivity problems or Internet failure. TOT LICENSE 807-0004

Ski race days

Stayed in the condo during an LAPD sanctioned ski racing days. We enjoyed the condo very much and will probably rent it again next year.

Need of repair

This house is not a good rental. Stove smokes, cooking pans were dirty, no lights in the refrigerator and the handle was half falling off, nails protruding through threshold on carpet, chair in master bedroom was disgusting, water bottle full of cigarette butts out on balcony, drapes are ripped and stained, Boxspring are ripped. Stains on blankets, dryer lint filter is a fire hazard, dryer takes two hours to dry towels, Lighter to light fireplace didn’t work, had to go out and buy batteries in order for the remotes to work. I took pictures of everything and sent it to Central reservations in order to hopefully get the owner to make some upgrades. I hope Melody was able to convince the owners to do something because I would not recommend renting this house

Large cabin great condition great location

Lovely cabin. Very roomy for our family. The kids loved the loft. Very good condition of the property, furniture, etc. Location can't be beat, right on the red line shuttle. Well equipped kitchen. Only small issue we had was there was dog fur on the sofas and the bed covers, which some of us are allergic to. But, other than this one small issue, the cabin was very clean and very nice.

THE WORST place I have ever stayed unfortunately

I have never feel compelled to leave a review but this place was straight up dangerous and so dirty. First off I slipped and fell in the tub while 6mo pregnant, my daughter slipped all over as well, extremely dangerous! I also cut one of my shirt sleeves open on a shelf putting milk in the old fridge- which btw froze all of our fresh food and we had to throw most of it away. The upstairs bathroom heater started smoking while I was in the shower, huge fire hazard. The furnishings look like they came from the dump, not even thrift store quality and everything was covered in dog hair. I’m not trying to be rude about this, I’m not fancy, it really was that bad. The chair in the master bedroom was literally cut open and the stuffing was coming out, it was just gross. I hope the owners will take a little pride in their rental and do the bare minimum to at least make this rental safe.

Good location in Mammoth

Good location in Mammoth and large enough to fit our family members easily. We cooked meals there for most part. Fire place to stay warm on cold nights.
