Upgraded Two Bedroom & Loft & 3 Bath town-home located walking distance to the Canyon Lodge Ski Lift Area in Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 8. Primary bedroom has 1 queen bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, the loft has 2 sets of bunk-beds & 1 twin bed. Both bottom bunks are fulls. All bedrooms have a TV and each bathroom has heated tile floors. The living room has a gas fireplace. Granite counter tops in kitchen & baths. Stainless steel appliances in kitchen & upgraded cherry wood cabinets. Wireless internet in the unit.The unit is 3 levels -- you enter from an enclosed mudroom. The two bedrooms & 2 full baths are located on the first floor, the second floor is the living room, kitchen, dining room and the third floor is the loft. The third full bath is located off the stairwell halfway up to the loft and the loft is enclosed except for the stairwell area. There are 2 outside parking spaces available. Chamonix recreation room has a large screen TV, reading area, ping pong, and foosball. The Chamonix complex also has a sauna, hydro spas, seasonal/summer swimming pool and summer bbq area. Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office. TOT 807-0056

Had the best stay at Chamonix 95! Nice view of Liberty Mtn from the 2nd floor.

Had the best stay at Chamonix 95! Nice view of Liberty Mtn from the 2nd floor. Very cozy to sit in the dining room in the winter and watch it snow. It is clear the owners took extremely good care of the place and made it comfy and very functional. The photos do not do it justice - it is way nicer than it looks. Gotta update those. The place has spectacular soft lighting everywhere which it is obvious took some time to put in place (I counted the number of bulbs in total - there are ~65). Awesome mud room. Pendleton blankets everywhere!? Great kitchen. Everything worked well. We stayed for an extended period of time. I did not want to leave. I hope renters take good care of it so people can enjoy it for years. Highly recommend it.
