THE BEACH BALL HOUSE at Seaside Beach is a centrally located home that has all your entertainment wants considered. Just four houses between you and the sandy beach means along with downtown shopping and restaurants around the corner means you are just a short 5 minute walk from everything! Want to hit up the golf course or U Street Pub that is just a 10 minute walk to the south. This 4 bedroom two bath home is set up to accommodate up to 12 people and features a basement game room to help keep all those in your group entertained with a pool table, air hockey, shuffle board, darts, and a card table. The main floor features a large living room with a fireplace, sectional sofa, and love seat. Off of the living room is a sun room / game room with a table to play board games, puzzles, or cards. Back through the living room and you come to the kitchen and dining room, both are set up to serve your entire group of 12. Off of the dining room you will find a large deck overlooking the hot tub and gas fire pit. The main level also has a large bathroom featuring separate shower. On the second floor you will find 4 bedrooms, two of which are set up with queen size beds. Another room with two queen size beds and the fourth bedroom featuring 2 set of twin bunk beds. Plus a loft area with a lounge chair, a perfect spot to sneak away to relax and read a book.

By booking in advance, you are supporting the thirty families that work within our company. We appreciate you and hope you’ll consider us for your business. We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

We stayed at this Seaside vacation home with two families (4 adults and 4 kids), and it was absolutely perfect. The house is incredibly family-friendly, the kids lived in the game room, and the spacious kitchen made meals so easy for our large group. The home itself is beautiful, spotless, and truly even better in person. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is amazing, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% book again!

We really enjoyed staying at this house for a girls weekend with friends. House accommodated our large group very well. We really enjoyed the gas fire pit outside along with the hot tub. Nice big table for eating together, working on a puzzle, playing games. Great location! Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great family getaway

We rented this house with another family with kids. The house is spacious, with a lot of fun hangout spots. The location to the promenade and downtown was perfect. The house is a quirky, but it's been renovated nicely and well taken care of. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and variety of board games, books, movies, etc.

Perfect March Break Getaway

We stayed here for March break, and it felt like home for us. It is located within walking distance to everything you need in Seaside, and quick drives to the beautiful beaches down the coast. Our three year old son had the absolute best time staying in the house so much so that he immediately started calling it his new home in Seaside! The house is wonderfully stocked, and has every appliance and amenities you would want for a week long getaway! Checking in and out was easy and smooth. We we return to Seaside, we will certainly stay here, and definitely recommended the place!

Great Vacation

We, myself, my husband, daughter and five of our grandchildren ages 16 to 7, really enjoyed our stay in this home. It’s close to the beach, large enough that we never felt crowded, and there was plenty for everyone to do. Even though it rained for most of our stay, we were able to enjoy the hot tub, game room and watch movies just relaxing and chilling inside and took lots of walks outside downtown and to the beach. We love Seaside! There are lots of places to eat, beaches nearby and shopping. The kids loved playing in the sand, water and flying kites. This home had everything we needed.

The location of this house is amazing, far enough away from the noise of the busy downtown yet close enough to walk easily. Our complaint is that we asked repeatedly for all the table games in the basement to get repaired, and nothing. That was too bad, the kids really wanted to use them.

Nice Comfy Home Very Close to Beach

This house is in an excellent location, conveniently located a few short blocks away from the shops and restaurants and just a bit over a block away from the beach. We had 6 adults and 3 teens/children staying in this house which slept us very comfortably. It was a very easy experience working with the property management company and they did a great job of walking through the details of arriving and leaving the property. The house had a great number of amenities including a fire pit area, hot tub, game room with board games, basement with pool, ping pong, air hockey, dart board and a shuffleboard. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, kitchen utensils and dishes. We really enjoyed our stay at this house as well as our time in Seaside and would definitely recommend it to someone who is considering a vacation to Seaside.

Overall the place was suitable for our family group of 9. The kitchen was fully stocked, nice big dining room table, games, videos, TVs and puzzles. There were kites and sand toys the kids enjoyed. The game room could use some maintenance (pool table mat and ping pong table net). We made good use of the washer and dryer I would not discourage people from staying there, great location and I would recommend it. As the ones who booked the property, our issues were minor and mainly administrative. If the owners really wanted to prohibit kids under 12 from using the hot tub (which applies to 3 out of 5 children of our party), it must be included in the online description rather than just on the list of rules inside the house. Secondly, we were never given the promised front door key and we were to use the cipher only. We were supposed to get the key after a walkthrough with a property manager per emailed instructions 2 days prior, but a maintenance employee who stopped by told us they don't do the walkthroughs anymore, so no key. One of our party did not know this and mistakenly locked us out one evening. We were able to get through to a contact who gave us the cipher for the key lock box but why not give us the key in the first place? Again, these were just minor annoyances that did not impact the enjoyment everyone had.

Wonderful beach vacation house!

We had a wonderful time at this beach house. The house was big and clean and well laid out for a family, as well as for entertaining. We have a large family with kids from teen down to infant, and there was something for everyone at this house. Plenty of room for multiple activities, with many sitting areas and little tables for games or one on one interactions. The bedrooms were well laid out, the kitchen was beautiful and well stocked, and the huge dining room table was beautiful and perfect for family meals. We loved the hot tub, the gas fire pit, and the pool/air hockey play room. We also appreciated that the house was such a short walk to a beautiful beach, and we didn’t need our car for our whole stay. If ever we look to plan another vacation on the west coast, we would definitely book here again. Great vacation home where we made lots of great memories.
