Just a short walk from the #1 beach in the United States and every Siesta Key Village restaurant, bar, and shop. The back yard is an ideal place to enjoy a siesta in the hammock, a cocktail under the Tiki Bar, or a dip in the pool.

Great Property in a Great Location

This property is pretty much perfect. You’re a 2 minute walk from the Village (where almost all the restaurants, bars, and shops are), but it’s still in a very quiet neighborhood. You have your own pool and tiki bar (shared with one other home), and a great front patio. The walk to the beach is 5-10 minutes, and this rental includes beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, etc. You even have free parking if you have a vehicle. Check in/check out were quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location

Neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to everything we needed. The condo was well equipped and nicely updated. The area suffered a bad storm the night before our arrival and the grounds people were in the process of cleaning up when we arrived, one of whom was very apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned everything wasn't up to par. Wish we had gotten his name but kudos to him for taking pride in his work!

Property was just as described and could not have been in a better location - a couple of blocks from the village restaurants and shops on one side and a few more blocks to the beach on the other side. The property is well equipped - both inside and with beach equipment, etc. Great stay for my son and me for our short vacation away.

Beautiful Vacation

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, newly renovated condo. The location was perfect.....close to the beach and a short walk to Siesta Village, yet quiet and private. The property and pool were kept in immaculate condition, and any requests were handled immediately. We definitely plan to return.

Nice place near the village in Siesta Key

The location is great, near the village and shops and a close walk to the beach. The kitchen and baths were recently remodeled. The heat worked well as it was cool at night. The king bed is very high off the floor and takes up most of the room. The only chairs for dining are 4 wood counter stools. There is no table inside for dining or working. We did not use the pool since the air temp was cool but it appears that the pool water temp was about 80 degrees F. It would have been nice to have some beach chairs and some extra blankets for cool nights. The kitchen did not have much beside basic pots and pans and stuff. We had to buy filters for the coffee maker and left them for the next tenant.

I’m glad your stay was good. However my phone is on 24/7 for all your needs including any pots, pans, glasses, etc. I would have anything you need there within hours maybe even minutes. We also have beach chairs, towels, carts, and umbrellas in the garage. Your keys work the door. All you would have needed to do is communicate. Hope to see you again soon.

Location was awesome.

We loved the location, one block away from Siesta Key Village with a good selection of restaurants, small grocery market and many shops. The beach was a few blocks away and an easy walk. The pool and tiki bar was very nice. The inside of the unit was furnished okay nothing fancy but useable. The air conditioner wasn’t working well when we arrived so we called Scott and he came over right away and ended up calling the ac guy. We went to dinner and when we came back it was repaired. The towels were scratchy and some had holes in them. We enjoyed our trip but wasn’t as nice as what we are used to.

Thanks for your review. If you were unhappy with anything during your stay you could have contacted me directly, as you did with the AC, and I would have corrected it to the best of my ability. Scratchy towels could have been easily replaced and I'm not sure warrant a 3 star review.

The property is adorable, and private. We loved having our own pool and tiki bar / grill area. It was our first time to Siesta Key and it is a cute area with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The beaches do not disappoint. Next time we will rent both units at the same time. Thank you Scott!!

Great weekend away

Everything was exactly as advertised. It was very nice to have an outdoor area shaded by palm trees, a small tiki bar and a pool on site. We had one very minor issue with the TV but Scott was there within an hour to fix it. Who really needs a tv here anyway? If you are looking for a place that requires no driving this is it. Very short three or four block walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops we’re a half a block away. There are a few older beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon to haul it down to the beach. Also a bunch of sand toys for kids. I would stay here again for sure.

Perfect location in Siesta Key!

This is a really cute upstairs condo of a duplex rental property. There is a private pool and lounge area for the building, so it was just us and another small group. It was very clean, comfy beds! and very spacious! The best part is it is a super short walk to all the main restaurants in Siesta Key and to the beach access point! We didn't need our car the whole weekend. Perfect place to unwind! And in the times of COVID, the kitchen was very functional if you plan to do your own cooking. Would definitely stay there again.
