This comfortable, Cape Cod home is the perfect place to unwind this summer. Relax on the screened porch which is furnished with a wrought iron table, chairs and shades. The fenced in yard has a patio area with picnic table, chaise lounges, gas grill and outside enclosed shower. Located just under a mile to the popular South Village beach. Pleasant decor and very well maintained home offering flat screen TV, cable, microwave, dishwasher, wifi, toaster oven and several fans. One mini split air conditioner in living area, and one window ac in queen bedroom.

Area attractions and restaurants include the new and improved Cuffy's, Holly's Deli, Dunkin', Kreme and Kone, Ardeo, Moonfish, Good Friends Cafe, and the delicious "must try" Captain Baker Donut Shop!
