Relax and enjoy the mountain views from our quiet top floor, 1700+ sq ft, vaulted ceiling condo with elevator access.
The kitchen is open concept with new SS appliances and everything you will need to cook (utensils, small appliances, spices, oil, sugar, foil, etc) while sharing the company of your friends and family. Watch the snow fall or the sun set from the large living area windows. Be inspired by views of Olympic Park.
Sleeping areas include a private downstairs master bedroom with KING, walk in closet and attached full bath. Upstairs there is a large QUEEN bedroom and a spacious loft with a QUEEN or 2 TWINS and full bath. An additional half bath is located on first level.
Convenient heated garage and/or covered outside parking steps to door.
Soak in the shared hot tub with lovely view. Pool in summer.

The condo was nice and clean with plenty of space and accommodations. We enjoyed the great view from the balcony! Property owner responded in a timely manner and was helpful. It is only about a 15 minute drive to Park City. We enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is quite large and accomodating. The kitchen is nicely spaced and equipped. The unit was clean and well kept. The upstairs was surprisingly large and accommodated our 2 adult daughters well. Cindy, the owner was always helpful and very responsive. Also, it was very quiet and peaceful. The location was very nice and easy off the highway. Located near groceries, shops, and restaurants.
Very nice and clean property, wonderful for a family! Our two boys had the entire loft to themselves and enjoyed ‘chillaxing’ there after hours of snowboarding. Super convenient to Canyons resort and shopping, restaurants. We will absolutely be back!
We've been renting condos and homes in the PC area for the last 8 years for anywhere between 1 week and 6 weeks and this property fit our family of 5 PERFECTLY!
The unit was very clean and check-in/check-out and lodging details were very detailed.
LOCATION: excellent. Exactly 7 minutes to the Canyons parking lot, 2 minutes to groceries and shops.
BEDROOMS: large and the loft provides extra sleeping accommodations. My kids loved it. Lots of closet space and places to put away suitcases etc. Unlike other rentals, you do not have to feel like you're in a hotel room with stuff everywhere during your stay.
BATHROOMS: clean, accessible, and they had extra soap etc for us. This might not be a big deal but we've rented condos where I had to run out to get handwash and a bar of soap after our arrival. Lots of clean towels available as well.
KITCHEN: Lots of pots and pans to cook your own meals, fully equipped, and I was surprised to see a slow cooker (we used it one day to get dinner going while in the slopes). After so many years of renting, I travel with our own spices and coffee filters but this condo had it all!
COMMON AREA: big enough to lounge and hang out as a family. Cozy and comfortable. The unit has lots of light so you never feel like you're staying in a dungeon (speaking from past experience).
PARKING: extremely accessible outside right next to the building's door. While there is no outdoor parking available, it's 10 steps to get to the door.
SKI/Equipment Storage: the owner offered the lock combo of the storage unit by her parking spot in the garage to store our skis and boots. While we left everything in the car, it's definitely nice to have!
OVERALL Experience: Excellent. My only regret is not seeing this property sooner. We will definitely stay here again should we have the opportunity.
One of the things that made the biggest difference is dealing with a person (Cindy) as a host and not a management company. Can't wait to return!

Exccelent accomodation
The place was exactly as it was presented on the website. Very well equipped with all necessary amenities. Specious bedrooms and bathrooms. Ideal location for near by grocery shopping and what was even more critical , proximity to Park City. We highly recommend it!

While raising our family in New England, we were determined to find affordable ways to keep skiing together. We spent many great family vacations renting condos at Sunday River in Maine, and a few in Colorado, so we know what it takes to provide a comfortable, reasonably priced vacation home. The memories of those ski vacations shared with friends and family are very special.
We fell in love with Park City when our daughter moved here and now we look forward to helping you create your own great ski memories!

At Crestview in Kimball Junction, we have all that plus a location convenient to everything Park City has to offer and also just a quick trip away from the beautiful Cottonwood Canyons ski areas.
