Extremely comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage on the grand canal. Enjoy your morning coffee on the dock, breakfast in the screened lanai or afternoon relaxation poolside. There is a peaceful park in front and it's a great neighborhood for long evening strolls. The number one beach in the USA is only a four minute walk, and the nightlife and restaurants in the village are under a ten minute walk.

Great Location

This apartment is located within walking distance to both the beach and the village! Also has a deck that overlooks the canal. Very nice for relaxing and grilling. The kitchen is well equipped making it easy for meal preps over our 2 week stay. The bedroom is big with a spacious walk in closet. The bathroom is nice with a newly tiled shower/tub. The unit is up a flight of stairs, if that is a concern. The owners were accommodating and responsive. We definitely consider this rental again if we return to Siesta Key in the future

What you see in the photos is what you get!

This place was represented perfectly. It was eclectically decorated but very functional. The best thing was the location! You could walk to the most beautiful beach in 10 minutes! You could walk to the little village with 15+ shops and restaurants in 15 minutes. It was wonderful to sit on the deck with a glass of wine and watch boats on the canal. You could eat in or grill. The owners were laid back and responded quickly to questions asked. Parking was provided and bikes were available for use.
