Very nice studio of 33m2, with air conditioning, located on the 3rd and last floor of a small building served by a lift. From its terrace of 6m2, exceptional panorama on the beautiful Mediterranean park of Velusine. Backdrop to the sea (shore about 250m) Very functional apartment.
