Host was great. The district was friendly and much more local than the rest of the city. Great local markets and stores. Prices were better too. Whole city was dirtier than expected. They really need to do something about all the trash and dog crap in most of Paris. Overall would stay again!

Lovely location in the 14th away from the tourist horde. Host lives next door and is gracious and helpful. We’re a couple of 77 year-olds so we were very careful on the narrow stairs and took a bit of effort to use the sleeping pads on the floor, but that’s just part of being our age. We would gladly stay here again.

The perfect apartment in Paris

My husband and I loved everything about this apartment! It was very clean, it was very quiet and safe, it had lots of space for clothes and luggage, plenty of dishes for cooking, and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful micro apartment in the 14th arrondissement.

Visited Paris with my 8 year old daughter. Had a lovely stay! Didier was a great host. We loved the location very close to coffee shops and restaurants. Close to the train and bus line. Apartment was everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely temporary home for our Paris visit

The apartment is just lovely. Compact, not cramped. The little back terrace garden and the courtyard garden add some green. The neighbourhood is great – lots of food, shops and street life. Didier was very helpful. Check-in was easy. I'd love to come back soon.

A most enjoyable stay.

This apartment is well located and has everything you need for a holiday in Paris. It is clean, quiet, safe and secure as well as having access to a lovely small courtyard to relax in. The metro is a short distance and is convenient for exploring all of Paris and beyond, as it is near Montparnasse railway station. There are many good shops,theatres and restaurants nearby. It is easy to connect to the WIFI. The owners were most helpful and welcoming. They could be contacted easily if needed but this was not necessary for us. They also gave us good recommendations for places to visit and eat. We would stay at this apartment again. Liz

Heerlijke klein appartementje. Maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Je slaapt op een slaapbank, maar alles is aanwezig. Op de hoek van de straat is de metro en genoeg voorzieningen in de buurt. Met 1 keer overstappen is alles goed met de metro bereisbaar.

Tolle Unterkunft

Gemeinsam mit meinen beiden Töchtern (5 und 9 Jahre alt) war ich 6 Tage in diesem Appartement. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war ausgezeichnet, sie waren sehr hilfsbereit. Durch die Hinterhoflage ist es sehr ruhig, so dass wir abends nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in Paris ruhig schlafen konnten. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der kleine Hinterhof, der an die Küche angrenzt und mitbenutzt werden darf. Das Viertel ist sehr belebt, die Metro ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso ein kleiner Spielplatz. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, verschiedene Bistros, Cafés, Traiteurs sowie Restaurants. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Nettes ruhiges kleines Appartment

Super Metro- u Busanbindung, die rue Losserand bietet viele kulinarische Möglichkeiten, Geschäfte u Restaurants. Wir haben 8 Tage in der kalten Karwoche dort verbracht. Die Heizung funktioniert auch! Es ist alles okay, nur an das Bad darf man keine Ansprüche stellen, aber alles funktionstüchtig. Das Appartement verfügt über eine reichliche Bibliothek an Paris-Reiseführern - auf Französisch. Wir können den Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlen u kommen gerne bei Gelegenheit wieder.

Sehr gute Lage, Metro in 2 min zufuss erreichbar, Supermärkte um die Ecke, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter einwandfrei, nur was die Sauberkeit angeht wie Bettzeug und Geschirr in der Küche hat mich bissen enttäuscht. Sonst super Zeit in Paris.

Meine Tochter und ich hatten fünf wunderschöne Tage in Paris. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sehr gut in direkter Nähe zur Metro und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gelegen. Im Hinterhaus ist absolute Ruhe. Das Bad ist mini und zu penibel sollte man nicht sein.

Knus en rustig appartement op ideale locatie

Eine gemütlich eingerichtete Altbauwohnung mit praktischer Küchenzeile in ruhiger Lage. Tolle Anbindung an die M13 und sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für uns war es wunderbar für unseren Aufenthalt in Paris :)
