Waterfront home with ocean access and boat lift. Sleeps 8 in this 3 bedrooms 3 bath home with newly installed hurricane resistant windows and doors . Large open concept with fireplace, perfect for entertaining. Kitchen-aid double oven, Samsung touch screen fridge, G.E. downdraft stove and large microwave, coffee maker pots pans and all cooking utensils you could need. Plenty of parking in our semi-circular driveway (no RV parking with HOA rules).

Pool and clubhouse and marina privileges included along with HOA fees, lawn and sprinkler care, high speed wifi, ring security, electric waste and water.

Newly installed Energy-saving water heater located in 2 car garage, with plenty of storage as well as a workbench.
Walking distance (2miles) to dog-friendly free parking Hobe Sound Beach
Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Bikes, canoe, kayak available to use. Long term rentals only.

A delightful retreat !

This immaculate updated waterfront home in a quiet dog friendly community was most enjoyable. Truly a home away from home including all of today's conveniences. Although relaxed and tranquil, the neighbors encountered were most friendly and informative.A short walk to the on site well maintained pool was most enjoyable. Walk or bike to the Hobe Sound Beach , or visit one of the many excellent waterfront restaurants a short drive away. We enjoyed a round of golf and lunch at nearby Heritage Golf Club ,one of many in the area. The owner of this property could not have been more accommodating and pleasant to interact with. We would love to return for a longer stay if available in the future.

Lori was a gracious host, home was perfect with all amenities you could ask for, great location for boating on intracoastal waterway. Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend & would definitely stay there again.
