Family-friendly apartment in Fenals, Lloret de Mar, ideal for enjoying the Costa Brava with beach, pool and comfort.

The accommodation is around 65 m² including the terrace, and features two spacious bedrooms, a living-dining room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom and a private terrace. The layout comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests: one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and the possibility of adding an extra single bed or a cot, a second bedroom with single beds and the possibility of a third bed, plus a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room.

The shared area includes two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, as well as a garden, showers, toilets and a play area. It is perfect for combining beach days with relaxing moments at the apartment.

The apartment is equipped for comfortable stays of several days: air conditioning, high-speed wifi, TV with satellite channels, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, traditional coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen and towels.

We also provide some arrival basics so your stay can start easily and comfortably, such as toilet paper, kitchen paper, soap, cleaning products, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, water and other small welcome details.

Sehr freundlichen und netter Empfang

Wir haben einen sehr schönen spontanen Urlaub gehabt. Xesco ist ein sympathischer und freundlich Vermieter. Er hat uns mir einen Willkommenspacket empfangen und uns vorher gefragt wie wir die Räume ausgestattet haben wollten mit der Bettverteilung. Appartement d'une belle superficie , chambres confortables. Dommage que les placards de cuisine ne laissent pas de place pour nos courses . Et dans une chambre également des choses de stockées) petite terrasse et exposé côté boulevard très bruyant! Four pas très propre . Bonnes intentions de la part du propriétaire . Nous avons louer cet appartement car tv satelite et finalement il n'y avait pas, le propriétaire à fait ensuite avec ordinateur mais déçu car quand nous faisons le rapport qualité /prix plus de 1000 euros la semaine en juillet nous avions vu des loc moins chères et tout aussi bien aux alentours . Cordialement

Merci pour mettre un commentaire. Dès le départ, je dois dire que vous étiez des parfaits locataires et vous avez quitté l'appartement en parfait état et très propre. Je suis désolé si le four n'a pas été assez propre. Je passe en revue habituellement le travail du personnel de nettoyage, mais peut-être j'oublié de revoir le four. L'appartement est assez grand, mais il est vrai que la cuisine n'a pas beaucoup de placards pour un achat important. Dans une salle, je laisse certaines choses stockées (vaisselle, jeu de verres, couverts, ...) afin qu'on puis avoir des remplacements si on casse ou perd les principals. Quoi qu'il en soit, je vais essayer à l'avenir d'occuper moins d'espace et de libérer plus d'espace pour les locataires. En Espagne, il est seulement possible légalement de voir par satellite deux canaux de télévision en français (TV5 Monde et Arte) et ça est la raison pour laquelle jusqu'à présent avait pas installé des antennes paraboliques. A partir de maintenant, je laisse toujours l'appartement d'un pc portable de nouvelle génération connectée à une télévision haute résolution de 40 pouces et une WiFi d'haute velocite parce que je pense qu'il est la meilleure option pour pouvoir voir des contenu dans des langues différentes. Je laisse aussi un DVD. Quoi qu'il en soit, je vais parler à la communauté pour demander la permission d'installer une antenne satellite et de voir ces deux canaux. Comme je l'ai dit plus tôt, merci pour votre commentaire et je espère pouvoir vous montrer à l'avenir ces petites améliorations. Vous serez toujours bien reçus. Xesco
