Beautiful, Comfortable Home

This property met all our needs. I especially enjoyed riding one of the bikes daily around the beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The pool was used daily by my husband and me. The pool was well maintained as were the grounds. We enjoyed comfortable furniture in this spacious, lovely house. The property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful. We so enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Great place, clean and comfortable

The house is clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a great vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The location is convenient to downtown Naples and shopping. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely time at this Crown Pointe home—the best? Great pool, neighborhood, convenience to downtown. All this and a comfy king bed too! Clean, well-stocked kitchen and all the games, pool floats and neighborhood activities.

Peaceful

Wonderful house

This house is the best we have stayed in. This was our second year here. The kitchen and 2nd bathroom had been remodeled since last year, and it was nice then. The remodel is beautiful. This house is clean, well laid out, and has everything you could want. We love the patio and pool area. It was not an issue for us, but just so you know, the 3rd bedroom bed is lower to the floor than most beds. Noelia and the caretaker are very responsive to any question or concern. We highly recommend this house. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A Quiet Getaway

My husband, two dogs and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. The heated pool and available bikes were my favorite amenities. We’ve stayed here before and love all the house has to offer. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and has plenty of room for us. The owner and property manager are easy to communicate with. Not a single problem arose during our stay.

Wonderful

We loved this house. It was perfect for us. The pool and patio area was large and I loved sitting in the sun by the pool. We ate outside every chance we could if it was warm enough. The house is very clean and the kitchen was stocked with just about anything you could need to use. The bed in the 3rd bedroom is a queen, but is quite low to the floor. It was not an issue for us. We enjoyed the birds in the canal outside the pool area. Noelia was great to work with She always responded immediately to any questions before and during our trip. The property manager was very helpful when we had an issue with the TV. She was able to help us over the phone and it was resolved immediately. We were able to stay an extra day and will book it again for next year. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Pool House

We loved this house in Crown Pointe. Perfect for a couple but enough room for family of 6. Pool was fantastic and house was fully stocked. Nice neighborhood. We will be back.

Naples Retreat

Beautiful home with a heated pool and a waterfall in a great location near downtown Naples. The owner and the property manager are very responsive and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Behind the pool is a canal where we saw turtles, birds, otters and alligators. Quiet neighborhood is a great place for long walks. Highly recommend.

A small piece of paradise!

This was our family’s first vacation to Naples and we all very much enjoyed our stay at this residence. Noelia was an informative and responsive host throughout our stay. The check-in/check-out process was simple and efficient. The home was bright and very well kept and had all the amenities that were advertised as well as some bonus pool toys for our kids! Close to the beaches, a short drive to Marco Island and all that Naples has to offer! We will definitely look to enjoy this home away from home again in the future. Perfect Naples Home

My wife and two daughters couldn’t have enjoyed the Noelia’s property more. Noelia was quick to help with any questions and the house itself was wonderful. Comfortable Home

Lovely house, great neighborhood, would stay again!

This home was lovely - in a nice, friendly, safe neighborhood in Naples on a pretty cul de sac. Easy communication with the owner and property managers were just a text away. Home was as pictured with all the same amenities and furniture, and very clean upon arrival. Pool was clean, heated and heavenly in a completely screened in lanai - pool service came once a week on Fridays. Home could use a larger frying pan, a recycling can indoors, and a dust buster to make it even nicer. Advice to other travelers: Keep garage closed as we did see a few cute neighborhood raccoons. :)

Great location, everything you need for vacation

We spent two weeks at this property over the holidays and were very happy with our experience. The home was well-stocked, well-furnished and convenient to everything. We had a minor issue with the pool heater and they sent a tech over within a day to adjust it. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses in the second and third bedrooms.

Wonderful house - Clean and Easy to live in

We really enjoyed our stay in this Crown Point house. Noelia was great to work with; everything was very accurate. The house was very clean and completely outfitted with everything you would need. The pool was a big hit... very pleasant. We keep our car in the garage and used the clean gas grill a few times. Location is easy drive to anything you want to do. Wonderful big TVs and very fast Wifi. Will definitely return!

Great home in a great neighborhood

Home was extremely clean, bright along with an open floor plan which we liked from the beginning . Pool and deck area are private and has plenty of sunshine during the day along with a very nice grill. The home was well stocked, nice extras throughout. The entire experience exceeded our expectations as it will be difficult to find another home to rent with all the features this one had. Noelia was easy to work with along with being very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay and plan coming back.

Property is well managed and manager's are very responsive. It is close to 3rd and 5th ave however not convenient to the Mercoto and Venetian village. Other then that I highly recommend this property

Wonderfully comfortable home

Loved the house and private pool. Impeccably clean, well furnished, excellent towels and linens and comfortable beds. Noelia Is a thoughtful and welcoming host and provided a number for personal touches that made the home welcoming and showed her pride in providing an excellent experience. We had our daughters in for a few days during our stay and they couldn’t have been happier with their rooms and the home in general. The location is also quite convenient to all of Naples many attractions. You can’t miss with this property.
