*We are excited that your considering our place by the water. We recently purchased this unit after staying at Sunset Harbor. It was previously on VRBO with great reviews and will continue to exceed your expectations.

*Beautifully decorated waterfront 1 bedroom studio ground floor unit

*Navarre has some really good restaurants right here on the Island. Johnny Pagodas on the Sound, Windjammers on the pier and many others right off the island.

20th Anniversary Trip

Really cute place to stay wasn’t expecting the zero privacy between the bedroom and the living room. I had my teenage son with me. Air conditioner did not work had trouble using the keypad lock on the door. It was really clean. It was easy to communicate with the owner.

Thanks for your stay We apologize for the auto door lock but so happy we have a key in a lockbox incase of issues just incase so no guest has an issue. The air unit while new and serviced did stop cooling the Saturday night before your checkout but as always we had an emergency service repaired the next day. Unfortunately things can happen but we are always making sure things are as perfect as possible. We understand that you can choose to spend your vacation time and money at any place and don’t take it for granted. We pride ourselves on that as you can see from the positive reviews. This is a studio unit and the multitude of pictures reflect the exact way it looks!!

Very nice small apartment, perfect for a couples getaway. The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful except for the upstairs neighbors which there isn't anyway to control your neighbors.

Nice and quiet!

Great place to stay for a couple.or girl's vacay. Make sure you stop at The grocery before heading there. Make sure you bring all toiletries.

Glad you thought it was a Great place. All the stores are across the bridge before you come on the island. It does require some planning or a 15 minute drive for groceries. We love that Navaree isn’t so commercialized. Sorry about the workers in the unit above. They got in and out as quickly as possible.

Enchanting visit with a Pelican

The studio was wonderful and very convenient. We enjoyed the location as well as its proximity to the pier, restaurants, etc. The bed and furnishings were very comfortable.. We even had a pelican stop by for a visit. We would definitely recommend After Dune Delight- Best Erin

Nice couple's getaway

Overall, my husband and I enjoyed this property and the location. Only complaints were that we could here people upstairs walking at all hours of the night and the patio is shared with another condo. Condo was clean and the sunsets were beautiful. The private pier was nice as well. Owners answered all of my questions before our stay and gave us tips on where to rent kayaks.

Great location!

Absolutely nothing to complain about. This was our first time staying at Navarre Beach, but we've been going to the Emerald Coast (Destin, Miramar, Panama City Beach, etc.) for ages. Navarre Beach is great! No traffic, great beaches and amazing fishing! And, they've got their own Pier at the condo. I'm a kayaker and the access to the sound is literally just out the back door and Navarre Beach has the best kayak access to the Gulf in the area with the new ramp and great parking.

Brad and I are from Georgia and feel in love with Navarre Beach on our first visit. We stayed in Sunset Harbor on one of our visits and knew this was the perfect place for us. The gulf is just a street over but don't be surprised if you find the Sound a better fit. This is perfect for boating, playing on a jet ski, enjoying the water and sandy beach.

Why they chose this property

Because it is amazing!! Perfect Location for relaxing and enjoying the beach! Small cozy, but clean and NICE with beautiful furnishings. There is a quaint feeling in Sunset Harbor and this property is the perfect example of beach vacationing! It's not a crowded resort with 100's or 1000's of strangers. We are small and quaint. Come experience our paradise! We can't wait to share it with you!
