Lovely house, comfortable and well equipped

Nice modern house with everything you need. Friendly hosts who are easily contactable but also leave you alone to enjoy your stay. Location is good for visiting lots of beaches and interesting local towns. Nice welcome gift was appreciated.

De déceptions en déceptions....

Propriétaires absents car en W.E à notre arrivée : personne pour notre mise en place dans les lieux. Le ménage, dans toute la maison, laisse à désirer : Les tiroirs du meuble de la salle de bain pleins de cheveux, les sols pas propres, nous avons dû nettoyer le lave-linge avant utilisation, drap housse de notre lit "tout mité"...etc.Les 2 chambres sont au 1er étage....mais la salle d'eau avec la douche est au rez-de-chaussée, près du salon. Tout cela laisse penser à un manque de considération envers les locataires.Les prestations de cette location ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix payé....

Eine schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Wohnung war so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, am Ortsrand von Pont l' Abbé . Das Haus war praktisch eingerichtet, die beiden Badezimmer waren ein großes Plus, so konnte man sich gut verteilen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Francois empfangen, der uns auch Tipps für die nähere Umgebung gab. Pont l'Abbé ist als Ausgangsort sehr zu empfehlen, eine lebhafte Kleinstadt mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften und einem tollen Markt an zwei Standorten.

Tolle Vermieter, tolles Haus, tolle Gegend

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohngegend ist super, der Haus hat alles was man braucht, und in 10 KM Entfernung hatten wir einen Traumstrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind phantastisch, besonders die tolle Bäckerei drei Kreisel weiter :-). Die Vermieter waren bei unserer Ankunft selbst in Urlaub, trotzdem Übergabe kein Problem. Einzig die Sauberkeit war nicht 5*+ (die Lüftungen), aber alles kein Problem. Wir kommen in ein paar Jahren garantiert wieder. Die Vermieter waren auch supernett, und haben viele Tipps gegeben. Im Vorfeld die Kommunikation auch prima! 98 von 100 Punkten :-).

Erholsame, ruhige Zeit

In dem sehr gut ausgestatteten und gepflegten Haus haben wir zwei sehr schöne ruhige Wochen verbracht. Die Anbindung an die umliegenden Orte, Geschäfte ist gut. Und auch die großen Strände oder auch Quimper in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Ein schöner Rückzugsort und nette Vermieter, die gerne Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten geben. Sehr gute und unaufdringliche Kommunikation. Gerne komnen wir mal wieder.

Schöne Strände, Natur und Städte

Das Haus war bis auf die Sauberkeit des Kühlschranks im guten bis sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht, sich besonders mit Francois zu unterhalten. Seine Tipps für Unternehmungen waren sehr gut und haben uns sehr geholfen.

Pitié, changez votre frigo ! rouillé ... et surtout dessus gras. Idem pour le poste de radio. Ok pour la récupération d'objets dans une location mais pas n'importe quoi. Dommage car ces petits détails font de l'ombre aux autres prestations notamment la douche, qui sont très bien.

Schöner Urlaub in der Bretagne

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und ein schöner Rückzugsort. Gleichzeitig ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Region. Auch sind Wanderungen im direkten Umfeld möglich. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, Check-In und Check-Out liefen völlig unkompliziert ab, Hinweise zu Restaurants oder Ausflugszielen gab es auch. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen.

Vielen lieben Dank an Hélène und François, die stets total hilfsbereit und nett gewesen sind. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und uns wunderbar erholt. Hélène und François hatten immer tolle Essens- und Freizeittipps für uns. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig in einer sehr schönen waldigen Gegend. Wir werden die Spaziergänge am Fluss sehr vermissen. Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt es in Loctudy, das mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Auch die Surfstrände an der Pointe de la Torche oder die Orte Quimper oder Concarneau sind gut zu erreichen. Kurzum: Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Nous avons été très bien reçu, et la situation de la maison est idéale pour découvrir de Concarneau au crozon, il y a tant à voir. Logement moderne et nickel .
