Le prix est excessif pour ce logement : la cuisine moyennement propre, des casseroles mais sans queue, le bac à douche tout écaillé. Je pense que l’on paie pour la vue sur la mer.

Nous sommes désolés que certains éléments n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et prenons bien entendu en compte vos remarques concernant la cuisine, les ustensiles et le bac à douche afin d’y remédier. Concernant le tarif, votre séjour de 14 nuits avait lieu en plein mois d’août et bénéficiait déjà d’une remise de 10 %. Nos tarifs sont fixés en fonction de la période, de l’emplacement et des caractéristiques du logement, notamment sa proximité avec la plage et sa vue sur la mer.
