Cozy Spacious one story 1500SF 3BR 2BR only 0.8 mil from the strip and 1 mil from the convention center house newly renovated with all appliances, 65" Cable TV and wifi internet. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood. Ideal for business and convention travelers that prefer quiet time to work while on business trip and also for families visiting Las Vegas.

No Parties Or Events Allowed At The Property At Any Time.
No Smoking
No Loud Music Or Illegal Activities As There Are Strict Rules Imposed By The City.

The description of the property fails to mention or show that there are bars on all windows and doors. This alone makes you feel as if you are not in a safe area. Not to mention after being there 5 mins there were 3 cops across the street at one of the houses. We booked the house for 4 nights, but after 15 mins booked another room in another area. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The communication from the property managers were poor we did not get our check in info until we landed in Vegas and when we reached out about our disappointing visit we never got a response.

DO NOT stay here. Jail doors and steel doors with a camera facing door says it all! All windows barred. We were at the home for a whopping 15 minutes of our reservation (4 nights). We asked for a refund. Got this: “Sorry to let you know that we will not refund you. base on your 15 min stay at are property. For any complain or instruction” Contact vrbo Thank you. Eli”
