5 Year New on the market for vacation rental on 11th street w/ keyless entry.

Protecting our guest is our top priority, we have strict cleaning practices. We sanitize the home and sheets with hospital grade disinfectants (see last picture).

We know you will enjoy this newly renovated two bedrooms, two baths, half duplex! This deep-water canal home on the desirable east facing dock is just minutes from Vaca Cut and your choice of the Gulf or Ocean.

Cabana Club: This is a shared pool and beach access with beach chairs exclusive to members only (see pictures).

This home has been remodeled and includes high end new furnishings, coastal décor, bedding, appliances and cookware.

The backyard facing east has comfortable seating to enjoy an afternoon away from the sun.

The porch 23’x15’ has comfy rocking chairs with for a peaceful tranquil feel.

The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, flat screen smart TV, King bed, alarm clock, ceiling fan, and hairdryer.

The second bedroom offers a bunk bed w/full size on the bottom and twin on top, flat screen TV is adjacent to a full bath with a hairdryer.

Second bathroom offers a tub.

Oversized dining area has ceiling fans, pull out sofa bed (foam mattress/very comfy), flat screen TV, 4 seat counter eating section, L shaped sectional with a rocking recliner made of top grain leather and full size pull out sofa bed.

Dining table accommodates 6 with 4 chairs and 1 bench.

The well-planned kitchen is loaded with all the utensils, cookware and dishes you will need! Refrigerator with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, and toaster are at your fingertips.

Our home features generous off street parking for your cars and boat trailers, washer and dryer, bait freezer and fish cleaning table, gas grill, cable, and high speed internet service.

Sit back and enjoy happy hours with family and friends and soak up the “Keys-ish” atmosphere in Key Colony “The Gem of Marathon”.

Great duplex, spent a week while in town for business, great neighborhood pool, beach and sunset park. Enjoyed bike riding, relaxing in the canal, saw some manatee too. Comfortable master bed, plenty of towels, good internet and TV options, but bring your own toiletries. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful vacation in Key Colony Beach! The house was adorable and in a great neighborhood, easy access for fishing and friendly neighbors. We loved our morning and evening walks, and caught some great fish right off the dock. The bikes, kayak, and beach club membership were so nice to have and we were so happy to find a place that allowed us to bring our dog. We would definitely return! Thanks Ada!

We loved staying at Barefoot by the Keys! The location right on the water was perfect for sunrises, fishing and launching our kayak. It was so clean and freshly renovated! Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Home on the Water

We loved our stay at Barefoot by the Keys! Staying right on the canal of Key Colony Beach was amazing. It was great watching the boats coming and going, the fish running, and the birds flying from dock to dock! Amazing way to start your day with a cup of coffee or enjoy your evening with a Rum Runner!The location was great! We enjoyed exploring north and soutn throughout the Keys!Ada was an outstanding host! Perfect Vacation House

It was our first visit to the Florida Keys and this was a perfect centralized location with all the amenities we needed. The house was as advertised and clean. We sat in the lawn chairs by the canal every evening and took the kayak out for a spin too. We enjoyed our time in the Keys and would return to this house again.

Great house in a great location.

The house was perfect for us. It was very well equipped and super clean on arrival. Having the use of the Cabana club was a real bonus, the pool there is a great size and temperature for swimming. Key Colony beach is a good location, we had a day in Key West, visited Robbie’s at Islamorada, rented a boat for a day and fished. Hope to return soon.
