Recent 120m² villa, located in the quiet forest, in the heights of Pigeon in Bouillante, 4 km from Malendure beach with the Cousteau reserve
Its private pool area with its carbet and hammock, as well as the river accessible on foot, will refresh you after your sunny days at the beach. The pool is secured by an alarm, and a (retractable) net for the safety of young children.
The 4 bedrooms are air conditioned: 3 beds of 160x200 with mosquito nets and 2 beds of 90x190 equipped with mosquito nets (Possibility of joining them in a double bed 180x190).
Bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made!
For babies, we can provide baby cots, high chairs, baby bath and changing table.
2 bathrooms with a shower, a toilet and a hairdryer.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric oven, induction hobs, a fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.
Without forgetting the barbecue for your grills.
The living room fully open on the terrace, is equipped with satellite TV and FREE WIFI internet access
Laundry room with washing machine and iron and ironing board.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Villa Totobois, nos hôtes étaient très accueillants et fort sympathiques. La villa est conforme aux photos et très bien équipée. Elle est très bien située, près des principales attractions de cette partie de l’île. C’est définitivement un petit coin de paradis.

Cocon dans la jungle

Charmante petite maison avec piscine pour se rafraîchir. Proche de la rivière et de la plage de Malendure qui permet d’admirer les tortues et les poissons de la réserve Cousteau. Très bon accueil et bons conseils de nos hôtes. On y reviendra avec grand plaisir ☺️ Magnifique découverte de la cascade Queue de Cheval 😎😀

Un petit paradis

Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses à la villa Totobois: nichée dans son écrin de verdure, la maison est très bien agencée et très bien équipée, la literie est au top. Le calme, la végétation , le chant des oiseaux et les grenouilles sont très plaisants. Malendure est à 5 minutes en voiture (idéal pour la plongée). L'accueil a été des plus réconfortants après notre voyage un peu long , et Joëlle et Erwan sont adorables, très disponibles. et de bon conseil. Un grand merci de toute la famille!

Einfach nur traumhaft!

Très belle propriété, entourée par une magnifique verdure tropicale, ce qui nous a permis de supporter une pluie parfois fort désagréable. Maison bien équipée et bonne literie. Piscine agréable. Nos Hôtes Erwan et Joëlle très sympathiques. Bouillante est un bon lieu de résidence pour visiter Basse Terre. Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une très chouette et charmante habitation. Très bon accueil de Erwan et Joëlle. maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipé et très bien située au calme et assez central. Seul petit bémol, liée au moment de notre séjour: la température de l'eau de la piscine un peu froide. A recommander sans aucun doute.

Nous étions 9 personnes et nous avons apprécié cette villa calme et tranquille, spacieuse et bien équipée. Erwan et Joëlle sont très gentils. les voitures sont mises à rude épreuve en Guadeloupe choisissez une bonne voiture. La climatisation dans toutes les chambres est un vrai plus avec les moustiquaires. Nous avons préféré nous baigner à la mer car la piscine était un peu fraîche. Un grand merci pour l accueil et le sapin de Noël nous reviendrons sans hésiter
