Superb location was the main reason the new owner purchased this property. Knowing that they were going to do a complete and full remodel, Brand New Kitchen, Brand New Bathroom with Large walk in shower. Everything within this gorgeous, well lit apartment is brand new and was carefully selected to enhance and co-ordinate with the delightful 'Blue and White Ocean Coastal Theme'.
