Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick auf die Bucht und auf Douarnenez ist sehr schön, inklusive Sonnenuntergang.Wir waren zu siebt dort. Die Betten waren gemütlich, allerdings sind die Stockbetten kürzer, so dass es für große Kinder unbequem werden kann.Der Pool ist sehr schön und die Reinigungsanlage läuft sehr gut (ist allerdings auch ziemlich laut).Mit sehr kleinen Kindern, die bereits laufen können, ist es ein wenig gefährlich, weil man von der Terrasse direkt in den Pool stürzen kann, wenn man nicht aufpasst.Leider war ein Toilettendeckel an einer Seite defekt. Auch die Rolläden in Richtung Sonne funktionierten nicht, und einen Sonnenschirm gab es auch nicht.Das waren ein paar Wermutstropfen, aber dennoch können wir das Haus empfehlen, denn die Ruhe, der Platz und der Ausblick sind wirklich herrlich.

Wir haben diese 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen, der Pool eine Wonne.Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann, dass es kein Sonnensegel gab, das wir an den z.T. sehr heissen Tagen vermisst haben.

Meine Frau und ich verbrachten mit einem befreundeten Paar eine wunderbare Woche in der Unterkunft in Kerlaz.Die Wohnung entsprach zu 100% unseren Bedürfnissen.Wir konnten täglich im Pool entspannen und auf der Terrasse die Aussicht auf die Bucht geniessen.Die Küche ist super ausgerüsstet. Wir konnten uns mit den lokalen Spezalitäten ausrüssten und diese perfekt zubereiten.Die Komunikation und der Zugang zur Wohnung funktionierte auch sehr gut und unkompliziert.Ich würde jederzeit wieder in das Haus von Jean-Baptiste zurückkommen.

Beautiful Brittany

A lovely comfortable , well equipped house in a stunning location. Our only negative is that there was not enough hot water, we had 48 hours with no hot water at all. A A fantastic area with lots of beautiful beaches and lovely coastal towns and villages.

Maison et region magnifiques

La Bretagne sous 28 degrés et dans une maison magnifique comme celle-la, que demander de plus. Tout était parfait dans la maison, vue magnifique et super équipée, hôte super réactif et flexible, rien à redire!

Aussen top. Innen etwas weniger

Ein wunderschöner Ort mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Bucht und den Hafen von Douarnenez. Der Garten ist gepflegt, und das Haus bietet viel Platz, auch wenn das Interieur etwas veraltet ist. Wir wurden zweieinhalb Wochen vor unserer Abreise darüber informiert, dass der Pool defekt ist. Der Vermieter gab uns die Wahl, entweder die Unterkunft zu stornieren oder 30% Rabatt zu erhalten. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Pool zwar nutzbar, aber noch nicht vollständig repariert. Eine Unterwasserlampe hing am losen Kabel aus dem Pool, und es fehlten diverse Abdeckungen. Wir verboten unseren Kindern zunächst das Schwimmen und informierten den Vermieter. Zwei Tage später teilte er uns mit, dass der Pool trotzdem benutzbar sei, wollte jedoch nichts mehr vom Rabatt wissen. Der Poolbauer kam erst einen Tag vor unserer Abreise. Das Innere des Hauses wirkte, als wäre es seit der letzten Saison nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Wir wuschen das Geschirr, säuberten schimmelig riechende Schubladen, entfernten Fuseln aus dem Trockner und unter den Betten, reinigten den Backofen und Grill und beseitigten Haare aus einem verstopften Siphon, gegen den Geruch von Kanalisation. Die Türdichtung der Eingangstür ist defekt, was das Öffnen erschwert. Später traten Probleme mit dem Warmwasser und den Sicherungen auf, aber der Vermieter half uns schnell, den Sicherungskasten und die richtigen Sicherungen zu finden. Die Bretagne mit ihrem angenehm kühlen Wetter und den wunderschönen Stränden hat uns dennoch gefallen.

Two wonderful weeks

A very nice and spaceous house with a beautiful view over the bay. We enjoyed it a lot. Although it has 12 beds (2+2+2+6), two double bed rooms share one of only two bathrooms so that the second bathroom is shared by (up to) 8 people. This may become tight. While the garden and pool area is very well maintained, the interior - albeit nice and modern - is slightly getting a used touch. But altogether, we would certainly come back!

Well equipped property with stunning views and a lovely heated pool. Had everything we needed and host was available to contact with any queries. Not many instructions but there wasn’t much needed - we had a lovely relaxing holiday with our 3 children, their grandparents and us

Villa parfaite manque juste un p’tit truc des seaux à boissons ! Lol. Non tout était parfait

Tout était parfait, villa très propre, très très bien placée, très fonctionnelle, piscine à bonne température 27 malgré un mauvais temps, bcp de vaisselles ( normal pour un couchage a 12 max, manque peut être un ou 2 plats four pour recevoir et des seaux à champagne car pas un seul. Mais ceci est dérisoire car moi qui loue souvent des villas assez grandes , elle rentre dans le top des 5 louées !!!merci Jean Baptiste

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Super Betten, guter Schnitt des Hauses, großzügige Raumaufteilung. Der Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur. Schöner Blick auf die Bucht von Douarnenez. Nach 2 1/2 Wochen fahren wir gut erholt wieder nach Hause. 😊

Un séjour parfait!!!

Cette maison est absolument parfaite pour se retrouver en famille ou avec des amis!!! Très bien équipée, lumineuse, fonctionnelle, au calme..... et que dire de cette vue et ces couchers de soleil à couper le souffle!!! En cuisine il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour les amateurs en terme de plats, couteaux, ustensiles.. beaucoup de verres aussi ce qui est agréable quand on est nombreux, flutes et même des verres à bière que nous avons fortement appréciés!! Vaisselle pour enfants également! La piscine était bien chauffée pour que que les plus petits puissent en profiter. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable! Très proche de la plage (malheureusement pas à pieds la route étant un peu dangereuse avec des enfants), des superbes sentiers côtiers, des marchés, du port.... La maison a fait l'unanimité, merci Jean Baptiste! On reviendra certainement avec plaisir profiter de cette superbe baie de Douarnenez que l'on aime tant!

Entspannung allein schon durch den Blick

Traumhafter Ausblick bei großer Fensterfront. Pool super sauber und warm. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gepflegt. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Leider ist der Strand zu Fuß schlecht zu erreichen. Das muss man wissen. Mit dem Auto 2 oder 5 Minuten, also kein Problem. Danke an alle. Es war toll. Wir sind wunderbar erholt.

Maison exceptionnelle

La maison est belle, avec une vue sensationnelle. On s'y sent bien, tout de suite à son aise. La maison est très bien équipée (vaisselle, électroménager...). La literie est de qualité. Le contrat électrique mériterait d'être revu car les plombs ont sauté plusieurs fois. La taille du chauffe eau était trop juste pour 12 personnes. Un séjour formidable, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Grosszügiges Haus an Panoramalage unweit vom Meer

Modernes Haus mit einer sehr guter Einrichtung, Super-Aussicht auf die Bucht von Douarnenez mit viel Platz im und um das Haus.

wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus mit phantastischer Lage. Das Haus selber ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Einzig die Möbel auf dem Balkon / Deck waren sehr mäßig. In solch einem Haus erwartet man nicht die einfachsten und billigsten Gartenmöbel (einfaches Plastik, keinerlei Auflagen). Leider gab es auch keine Liegen oder Liegestühle, so dass wir das herrliche Wetter nicht gemütlich in der Sonne genießen konnten. Ansonsten war alles wunderschön. Tolle Lage, wunderschöne Aussicht mit herrlichen Sonnenuntergängen, eine Gegend die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Leider steht das Haus zum Verkauf (Schild am Balkon), so dass wohl nicht mehr investiert wird (Garten und Grundstück bedürfen Pflege...) Wir würden trotz der Mängel jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen!!!
