This condo is in south Sarasota in the Gulf Gate community, near the Siesta Key bridge. It is well situated for the best Sarasota has to offer. Perfect for couples or families. The unit has 2 bedrooms, with king and queen beds, comfortably accommodating four. There is also a Queen sofa bed in the living room. Full new kitchen with cooking utensils and an inside laundry room with washer and dryer. This property has an inviting heated pool with veranda and is a few minutes from the world famous Siesta Key Beach. Nature, excellent golf courses, and parks are close by. Other famous beaches, including Crescent, Lido, Turtle, Longboat Key, and Venice Beaches are a short drive. The condo is in the sought after Gulf Gate Estates community, which has an abundance of shops and restaurants. Children are welcome. The Westgate malls, Beneva Village Shops, Southeast Plaza, and Palm Plaza Shopping Center all offer restaurants and stores nearby. The Red Bug Slough Reserve offers 70 acres of wooded hiking. This property was acquired for family use during visits here. It was only rented for part of the year to repeat renters over the past decade. We decided to do some renovations and make it available through this network. The location is superb and we think it is reasonably priced for his area. Gulf Gate is a popular area and the village here hosts a growing variety of restaurants and shops.

We take special care to go above and beyond for all our guests at this property. We have enjoyed Premier status for years. Please see our customer feedback. Gulf Gate Library is steps away. Gulf Gate Village is walking or biking distance. Mall and movie theatres are close by. There are a host of cultural activities in Sarasota that are easily accessible. Biking the Legacy trail is easy from this condo. Nearby Beaches are superb.
