45 m2 duplex apartment (33 square meters) for 6 people (possibility of 8 people), on the top floor of Arandelières located in the heart of the Villards resort, Ski-in ski-out, renovated, offers a beautiful living area with great height under ceiling and a pleasant living space and nice view on saturation (plus montblanc view).
Bright apartment, offers three bedrooms, one on the mezzanine with double bed, another closed bedroom upstairs with two single beds that can be pushed together plus a bedroom downstairs with two bunk beds.
The living room offers a sofa bed that can also accommodate two people.
The apartment offers a charlotte perriand bathroom and separate toilet, as well as plenty of storage space, including a ski room.

Good value for money stay for 8 adults

The property is very accurate to the pictures and has beds for 8, however no privacy between the rooms ( you have to go through the double room to get to the twin room, and there are windows from all the rooms into the main area) great location to the ski lifts, shops, restaurants and apres, all within 5 min walk. But therefore a little noisy. There is also no WiFi, unlike advertised, and unable to find a ski locker, but we could keep them on the balcony. The flat is also run by a 3rd party concierge ( open limited hours ), meaning the host through verbo was unable to help with our questions. Overall good stay for the affordable cost in that area and I would stay again!

The apartment wasn’t as we expected. There was no Wi-Fi, no parking nearby due to the parking under the block being closed (this was not mentioned or forewarned), you could not stand up upstairs so dressing and spending time for 4 people could not be upstairs, with the ceilings very low it was rather uncomfortable to do anything upstairs. The bathroom was mouldy and very dated. The apartment has lots of furniture that was unnecessary with 3 coffee tables and tons of stools and large chairs which made it feel very small. The party / bar noise at night from the outside areas made it hard to sleep and this was all week.There was no welcome food or drink as shown in the photos of the advert. Disappointed in what we got for the money. The only good thing was its proximity to the supermarket and slopes. Although it wasn’t ski in and out. Felt very mis-sold here.

L'appartement est conforme aux photos et la localisation est vraiment parfaite : au pied des pistes et proche de tous les commerces. Mathilde à toujours répondu à mes question et rapidement. Nous avons séjourner à 7 adultes sans se marcher dessus, l'appartement est très bien optimisé avec pas mal de rangement. Cependant attention : Pas de local pour ranger le matériel de ski, la nuit il y a souvent du bruit autour de l'appartement il faut penser au boule quies, il y a un parking sous l'immeuble ou il y a toujours de la place mais il est payant. Nous recommandons l'appartement qui est top pour une semaine de ski en famille, si nous devions revenir on rappellerai Mathilde avec plaisir :)

l'appartement est bien situé mais les coins nuits sur la mezzanine sont trop bas de plafond (160cms maximum) et pour les 2 "chambres"fermées :il n'y a pas possibilité d'aérer donc la tartiflette profite au sommeil sinon appartement correct

Parfait pour un vrai séjour familial

L'appartement est idéalement situé au coeur de la station. Tous les commerces sont à proximité immédiate. L'appartement est spacieux. Nous étions 6 et personne ne dormait dans le salon! la literie est bonne, La déco est chaleureuse. Mathilde et Olivier sont hyper arrangeants pour les demandes particulières. Bref, super séjour, nous reviendrons !
