At the foot of the slopes, in the heart of the resort of Les Arcs and its shops, facing the Pierramenta mountain, the apartment is in a magnificent new residence. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 wc, it has 2 large terraces in front of the living room and the master bedroom as well as a large living room with an open kitchen. Fully equipped and furnished with taste in a modern and warm atmosphere, it has 8 cocoon beds (bed linen and towels provided). You can also take advantage of the 120 m² relaxation area dedicated to well-being with sauna, hammam and fitness and find your ski boots warm in the morning thanks to the self-heating lockers. The resort of Les Arcs is renowned for its sporting and festive qualities as well as for its Paradiski area, 70% of the slopes of which are above 2000 meters, which guarantees an optimum level of snowfall.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l’appartement dé Jean-Philippe en famille à 7 personnes dont 2 adolescents. Il est parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût. Les couchages sont confortables. La vue sur les montagnes depuis la terrasse est magnifique et l’accès aux pistes est proche. Nous reviendrons avec joie.

Notre appartement à une surface de 75m² conforme à ce qui est indiqué dans notre annonce, ce qui est plutôt rare sur la station des Arcs . Nous y sommes régulièrement à 6 ou 8 et recevons souvent des amis : 8 à table et parfois 10 ... Il n'est évidemment pas aussi grand qu'une résidence principale. Nous espérons que vous trouverez une résidence plus à votre convenance lors d'un prochain séjour.

Nous sommes très satisfaits du séjour de Charlotte et sa famille dans notre résidence qui s'est parfaitement déroulé. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu répondre favorablement à sa demande de libérer l'appartement plus tardivement le jour du départ car les services de ménages devaient le repréparer pour l'arrivée suivante. nous espérons la revoir une prochaine fois.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!!! Toll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattete Küche, genügend Stauraum für Kleidung, Koffer und Skisachen. Netter kleiner Saunaraum und heller Fitnessraum mit mehreren Trainingsgeräten und Fitnessbank im Nebengebäude. Lage: zu den Liften nur ein kurzes Stück, auch zum Einkaufsladen u einigen kleinen Läden. Die Kommunikation war von Beginn an und auch während des Aufenthaltes bei Fragen klasse, schnell und hilfreich. Danke schön!

Confortable and stylish apartment

We had a great week staying in Jean-Philippe's apartment. There were a few small issues on arrival, but Jean-Philippe was always available to communicate with and resolve the issues quickly so that we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment itself is lovely, beds are comfortable, showers have good power, kitchen was very well equipped. The decor in the apartment is also very carefully selected. Location is fantastic close to many big lifts out of Les Arcs and minutes from shops and restaurants. There is also the most amazing view from the balcony (when visible!)

Fantastic apartment - Luxury in a great location

I stayed there with my wife and 2 other couples. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms with double beds + 2 bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. Very high end compared to anything you can find in the resort. Everything feels brand new and very high end. We absolutely loved it and will certainly return! The only minor downside is that access to the slopes is 5 min walking distance, always a bummer in the morning.

Une magnifique semaine

Nous avons passe une superbe semaine dans ce bel appartement tres bien agence et decore. Espace large pour une famille de 4, vue splendide sur les montagnes, interactions faciles avec les proprietaires et l'agence, une station pas trop pleine du fait de l absence de remontees mecaniques. Que du bonheur! Je recommande sans hesitation et espere revenir prochainement.

Contact avec le propriétaire excellent, très à l’écoute et toujours disponible pour nos interrogations. L’accueil pour la remise des clés s’est fait avec le sourire et la découverte de l’appartement correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes. L’appartement est très confortable, très agréable on y est bien comme chez soi. Il est très bien situé par rapport au front de neige et très proche des commerces. À recommander sans restrictions.

Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir

Un Noël en famille : 2 couples et 2 "enfants" (26 et 23 ans). L'appartement est en plein centre de la station, très spacieux, chaleureux, moderne, et parfaitement équipé. la literie est de très bonne qualité. La terrasse amménagée permet de passer des moments très conviviaux.On ne se lasse pas d'admirer les lumières sur les montagnes. Les jeunes ont pu profiter de la salle de sport de la résidence, mais le hammam et le sauna n'étaient pas ouverts, hélàs, à cause de la pandémie. Les échanges avec les propriétaires sont des plus sympathiques. L'accueil et l'installation (lits faits, bouteille de vin et confiture de bienvenue) sont de qualité et gérés par Anastride, une jeune femme dynamique, gaie et très serviable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir quand la pandémie sera passée. JD

A Stylish Comfortable Apartment for Friends/Family in a Prime Location

We had a fantastic time in this new, well appointed, stylish and very comfortable apartment in Les Villards. The views from the apartment and two balconies are truly wonderful. The furnishings are tasteful and the beds very comfortable - it wasn’t easy to wake our three teenage sons! As the apartment is on one level it feels very spacious and airy. Its location is fabulous as it’s very close to the ski lift and the ESF (ski school) and near to the shops, restaurants and bars of Les Arcs but also incredibly peaceful. The owner, Jean-Philippe, made the rental process very easy and was very helpful with any queries we had. If we head back to Les Arcs we would definitely return to this lovely apartment.

Dom and his family were the first tenants in our new appartment and it has been a really good experience ! Dom had plenty of quieries and I immediatly understood that he wanted to be sure to organize the most perfect hollidays for his family .I tried my best to help him and I think it had been a great success . L’appartement est idéalement situé face aux piste et à proximité des commerces, bars et restaurants. Nous étions 6 avec un bébé, l’appartement est très fonctionnel ,super Déco et dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire pour un séjour confortable ( notamment l'accès au sauna et hammam après une journée de ski , TOP! ) et super vue de la terrasse . Je le recommande pour les familles ou couple même avec enfants (école de ski juste à coté).

Idéalement situé au pied des pistes, esf et commerces. Appartement Cosy et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, spacieux pour le ski. Cuisine très bien équipée. Literie de qualité. Lits faits à l'arrivée et linge de toilette fourni. on a apprécié les 2 salles de bains et douches. Magnifique terrasse avec vue imprenable. Casiers à skis, parking couvert. Salle de sport, Hammam et sauna pour l'après ski. Tout est beau, tout est neuf... on s'y sent tout de suite très bien, à refaire. Nous recommandons.
