This apartment is perfect in every respect. It's very well equipped and well organized, I found the bed very comfortable, and the location can't be beat. It's very close to the Palais des Papes, to Les Halles food market, to many cafes and great shopping. I recommend it without reservation and would happily stay here again.

Nice location, easy to access Avignon

Walking into the building at 10pm was a little scary as it was old and lots of concrete and looked like a cave. But once we found the room and got in we were pleased with what we saw. Clean spacious and had everything we needed.

The several hundred deposit was excessive and they did not release the funds for 3 weeks. This was annoying given the subpar neighborhood and “ok” apartment. The instructions for check in was sent after I asked/messaged about it 2 hours prior to check in.The water heater flipped so there was no hot water when we were showering at 9pm. The property manager told us how to reset, but it took longer than 2 hours to heat. So we showered the next day—very frustrating.

Intelligently Designed and Great Location

This was a lovely, pint-sized apartment that looked larger than the square footage suggests. It had absolutely everything we needed and more! Fredric and Beatrice provided breakfast food, bread, milk, orange juice coffee, etc. which made our first day stress-free as we didn’t immediately need to find a market. The location was perfect: just in back of the Palais des Papes and within walking distance of all the major attractions. It was about a 20-minute walk to the train station where we took advantage of our EurailPass and did a couple day trips (Orange, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Aix-en-Provence). The only drawback was the noisy street and that is probably what is found everywhere in this small city (narrow streets echoing sounds off walls and cobblestone). Once the windows are closed, it is much quieter but a little stuffy on warm days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very modern apartment in the historic city center.

Das Zimmer war sehr Zentral gelegen und die Kommunikation war reibungslos okay. Auto war schwierig im Zentrum zu parken, kosten und Platz. Die Lage zum Palast war super. Toller Stadtkern mit eine interessanten Geschichte .

Un studio très agréable

J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce studio, bien agencé et placé au coeur de la ville.Le système de clé est très pratique et l'hôte est disponible pour toute éventuelle question.Donc une très bonne adresse pour s'offrir un petit séjour à Avignon!

Superb location in Avignon.

Great spot. Quiet and clean. 15 mins walk from Avignon centre train station. Owners very easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

Situation idéale, studio très agréable

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour : la situation du studio nous a permis de visiter la ville à pied. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente à l'aise : l'équipement, la décoration, les petites attentions (comme ce super petit déjeuner). Frédéric nous a accueilli avec le sourire et sa disponibilité est très appréciable. Encore merci.

Magnifique séjour dans un appartement tout neuf

L'accueil a été excellent. Etat parfait et propreté impécable, photos corespondants exactement à la réalité au niveau de la décoration. Calme et tranquilité. Très bien situé par rapport au centre. Le petit déjeuner gratuit est un + fort appréciable. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant et très sympathique. Je recommande vivement!

Séjour inoubliable

Appartement neuf et décoré avec goût.Tout le confort est présent.Un vrai lit dans un studio c'est rare...merci.Le propriétaire, au demeurant très agréable et sympathique, nous a mis à disposition un petit déjeuner très copieux.
