Pool is OPEN! Our heated 16ft x 32ft saltwater pool, featuring an auto-cover for safety, will be open from Memorial Weekend through Labor weekend. *Earlier/longer weather permitting, with additional cleaning and heating fees will apply.

Location: Nestled on the lake side of Red Arrow Highway within the prestigious Stones Throw Association, this newly constructed, luxurious farmhouse-style home in Union Pier offers 3,500 sq. ft. of space, designed with entertainment in mind.

Key Features:

• Bedrooms/Baths: 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeps 16 guests (all in beds, no air mattresses or futons).
• Open Living Area: A combined kitchen, living, and dining space with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a professional-grade kitchen with quartz countertops, a 64” refrigerator, and a large island.
• Outdoor Space: A massive covered porch perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing, equipped with a gas grill. The private pool is nearby for ultimate summer enjoyment, and there’s a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.
• Parking: A spacious driveway with parking for up to 8 cars.

Sleeping Arrangements:

1st Floor:

• Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed with attached bath (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, daybed (sleeps 2-3)
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, daybed with trundle (sleeps 2-4)

2nd Floor:

• Bedroom 4: The ultimate adult bunk room with 4 queen beds, featuring 2 downstairs and 2 in a loft area (sleeps 8).
• Bonus Room: Located just off the 2nd living room/game room, complete with a TV, ping pong table, kids’ play area, and a full bathroom.

The home’s location and layout were perfect for a winter getaway. While it’s not pool or beach season, the hot tub and open layout for group dinners and games (as well as the game room for a kids hangout space) were fantastic for catching up with family friends.

Our family had a really nice stay and a great vacation here. The home is beautiful, very clean and well stocked. The beds are also extremely comfortable! Awesome outside amenities too with the deck, pool and hot tub. The location is also very nice, you’re in the middle of both tourist towns. A must stay!
