Three bedroom remodeled family home close to downtown Hilo. Three bedroom, two and a half bath. Open Living Area (Living Room, Dining Room and Full Kitchen.) Large backyard and plenty of parking. Great for families, close to everything. Amenities: high speed internet, wifi, washer/dryer and basic television. Very close to golf course, parks, beaches, airport and shopping. Excellent starting point for seeing the sites in the Hilo, Puna, and Volcano National Park. Daily price is for 4 guests, additional guests, (up to 6 total,) $25 a night. Maximum 30 night Stay.

The house was great. It comfortably fit our family of 6. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. There were some orange trees in the backyard that were fun to pick oranges off of.
This house was great! It’s clean, updated, comfortable and centrally located for ease to many of the local attractions. We had 5 adults who all needed to shower , do laundry and dishes and we NEVER ran out of hot water! The host is great, super responsive and friendly. It was a perfect crash pad while we were in town for other activities, Highly recommend!
Great stay! The master bedroom bedding was very comfortable, and the newly renovated bathroom and kitchen were excellent. Japanese-style utensils made the stay even more pleasant. Convenient location near Safeway and close to the airport.
Perfect house for our family’s needs! Centrally located in Hilo, well furnished and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. Bathrooms and kitchen newly remodeled and lovely. Great communication with host, would definitely rent again!
Clean, comfortable, big backyard, had all the necessities you would need for - kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, beach, puzzles even and best of all quiet - only heard a few coquis each night
Comfortable house with tasteful upgrades. Beds very comfortable. Only downside was dogs barking in neighborhood and street noise from busy street one block away.
The house is super convenient, cute and comfy. We met our son from Oahu in Hilo to do some hiking and it was perfect for our needs. Great large shared space, we cooked and played games!
This vacation house was very convenient to all the attractions we visited. The KTA Super Store is just a few minutes’ drive away, making it easy to grab anything we needed. The room was spotless—clearly well cared for—and had almost all the facilities we wanted. Even without air conditioning, the fan was more than enough. Our family really enjoy a wonderful 3-day stay here!

It was okay, probably need to update pics of the place
The property was very nice and tidy. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the closeness to everything. We stay 10 days for the IVF Va’a World Sprints and it was a great place to stay and chill out after racing.

Perfect for our family. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. Everything for food preparation was available. Washer/dryer available also. Our second time at this property.
Very comfortable and clean house. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it appeared to be well stocked. The use of the washer/dryer was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay!
Large kitchen, dining table, living room and bedrooms. House is in excellent condition. We didn’t cook but there was everything you could possibly want if you did cook.
This house was perfect for my mom who ambulates with a walker. We chose it because of the bathrooms, which were perfect for her. The location is perfect, the house has many remodeled areas, and is quaint, comfortable and makes you feel like home. Overall a great place to stay, we all enjoyed our stay.

Nice house with all the amenities. We enjoyed our stay yet it must be noted that the home is located within a couple of blocks of two main roads. This made it easy to get to and from the house but there was a lot of traffic noise. All considered, we would stay again. Great host.

(B) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. (C) Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. (D) The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
