Our staff kept asking if the stay with Vaughn could be extended to future dates. They enjoyed the place as they are very aware of quality places. They would like to go again.

The house was in an older neighborhood but it was perfect for me and my family. The street is quiet. We met a few of the neighbors as well. It is an older house but it has lots of room and very comfortable. The outside patio area in the back was a plus along with the huge yard. Yes we heard coqui frogs, roosters crowing and some dogs barking. That didn’t affect us at all. We even met a neighbor with all his dogs and he was uncle by the time we left. The house is in an awesome location and just a few minutes away from grocery stores and shopping. The host answered our questions quickly while we were on our trip. To sum this up… we plan on staying here on our next trip as long as it’s available.

The house was great. It comfortably fit our family of 6. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. There were some orange trees in the backyard that were fun to pick oranges off of.

Great stay! The master bedroom bedding was very comfortable, and the newly renovated bathroom and kitchen were excellent. Japanese-style utensils made the stay even more pleasant. Convenient location near Safeway and close to the airport.

This house was great! It’s clean, updated, comfortable and centrally located for ease to many of the local attractions. We had 5 adults who all needed to shower , do laundry and dishes and we NEVER ran out of hot water! The host is great, super responsive and friendly. It was a perfect crash pad while we were in town for other activities, Highly recommend!

It was perfect for us

The house is super convenient, cute and comfy. We met our son from Oahu in Hilo to do some hiking and it was perfect for our needs. Great large shared space, we cooked and played games!

Totally enjoyed

The property was very nice and tidy. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the closeness to everything. We stay 10 days for the IVF Va’a World Sprints and it was a great place to stay and chill out after racing.

Great Stay in a Convenient and Clean Hilo Home

This vacation house was very convenient to all the attractions we visited. The KTA Super Store is just a few minutes’ drive away, making it easy to grab anything we needed. The room was spotless—clearly well cared for—and had almost all the facilities we wanted. Even without air conditioning, the fan was more than enough. Our family really enjoy a wonderful 3-day stay here!

Great Hilo find

This house was perfect for my mom who ambulates with a walker. We chose it because of the bathrooms, which were perfect for her. The location is perfect, the house has many remodeled areas, and is quaint, comfortable and makes you feel like home. Overall a great place to stay, we all enjoyed our stay. quick, W was friendly and
