Welcome to your new getaway! This Newly constructed 3 Bedroom / 3.5 Bath is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Located just a short walk from the Gulch and a quick UBER/LYFT/Taxi ride to the Music City Center, Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities, the 12 S. district, and Downtown. The Home-

Our home features 3 levels of living, a 2 car garage and an amazing rooftop deck with breathtaking Panoramic views of the Nashville Skyline. The rooftop will quickly become a preferred choice to sit around with family and friends as you share stories on any of the comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs while sitting around the firepit.

On the first level on the right is the first Bedroom with hardwood floors with a full bath. The bathroom boasts tile floors and shower/tub combo. We offer high quality King mattresses and 40" wall mounted TV to make your time extra relaxing.

Straight ahead on the first level will lead you to the 2 car garage.

On the next level you will find our open concept living area featuring a dining area, kitchen and living room. Hang out around the kitchen island, or relax on our comfortable Sofa and Chairs watching the 65" Wall Mounted TV or sing along to your favorite tunes with our Bose Bluetooth Speaker. Grab one of the 4 guitars in the room and serenade your friends and family. A karaoke machine is by the TV for those who wish to imitate your favorite star.

Just up from the living room you will find another guest bedroom equipped with a king bed, comfortable mattress a 55" Wall Mounted TV and a full bath.

We offer a full size washer and dryer for your convenience equipped with detergent and softener for your convenience.

At the end of the hall you will find the Master Suite with a King Size Bed, 55" Wall Mounted TV, Private Balcony, Full Bath with Separate Shower and Tub as well as His/Her sinks.

In addition, there is a sofa bed featuring a Tempurpedic Mattress.

Just up from the Master Suite is the Rooftop Deck. Watch the sunset, Take in some sun, or just relax in the many outdoor sofas and chairs. The Rooftop has a refrigerator, a sink as well as a Gas Fire pit. Watch the skyline light up as the sun sets or just enjoy one of the best views in Nashville.

We absolutely loved our stay, I wish we could’ve stayed longer! The property was even prettier than the pictures and the rooftop was amazing! The place had everything you could possibly need and more, making the stay that much better. Communicating with Kevin was so easy and stress free, he really made us feel like valued guests! Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Nashville!

What a beautiful and comfortable stay! My college friends and I were celebrating friendships with a weekend in Nashville. This was the perfect spot for us. Our expectations were exceeded. The house was just as beautiful as in the pictures. We especially loved the rooftop for dinners and sunsets. The location was perfect for shopping and eating.I highly recommend this spot! Grandness in the Gulch

As soon as we drove onto the street of the property, we knew our stay would be special. I cannot say enough about the spacious interior, wonderful bedrooms, great kitchen and outstanding roof top area. I do not know how this house can be topped and if we ever return to Nashville we will certainly book this property again.

Convenient and Lovely Home

Everything was great. We came for our daughter’s graduation with our adult kids and it was the perfect spot. Plenty of room for everyone to congregate and have their own space. House was clean and in a good location, easy to get to everything in town. Host was responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. Everything was great, thank you!

Great spot for a group trip!

We had a group trip for a 30th birthday and had a great time at this house. It was clean, open, and comfortable, with a great view from the roof! Host was also very communicative and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Great House - Would Highly Recommend

Everything was as advertised. The house was in great condition and had everything you needed. Not quite walkable to Broadway, but the location is right next to the Gulch and the views at night were unbeatable. Would absolutely stay here again!

A fantastic place

If you’re coming to Nashville with a group or with a large family, do yourself a favor and stay here. The condo is fantastic. Big. Clean. Exactly as advertised. The weather cooperated and warmed up into the 50s, so we took full advantage of the rooftop deck, which is beautiful. Check in and out was easy, and Kevin was great. Can’t recommend this place strongly enough.

50th Birthday Trip

The house was above all expectations for our first time in Nashville! Plenty of space to hang together, walk to the Gulch or Uber to Broadway. But the best part, the rooftop deck! Kevin was spot on with communication and helping us navigate our trip plan. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back:)

We all enjoyed Archer Street

The property is great - everything was as expected and we had no need to contact Kevin. The only  ‘issue which may arise is late night music from adjacent properties to this property. It did not affect us but it is worth knowing.

Highly recommend

We had the best time here! Our check in process was smooth, the house was incredible and in a fantastic location. We came for a bachelorette and it was enough space for everyone. The roof had great views and the entire house was well maintained. We had a tornado watch, and Kevin was quick to respond and reassure us that we were safe. I would come back to this house next time we stay in Nashville. Thank you!

Runventure Girls Getaway

A group of women running the Rock n Roll Nashville 5K, Half and Full Marathons. Quick weekend. Perfect location to walk to packet pick up and the start line. Very inexpensive Uber ride to Broadway. Loved having 3 full bathrooms and enough beds for everyone. The rooftop 360 view was amazing! Our only regret was not staying one extra day to enjoy the town and the rooftop!

Birthday Trip

We went out to Nashville to celebrate my 50th and see my daughter who lives out there and had just turned 21. We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect we a great location. We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop because of weather but the view was amazing. We ordered in pizza one night and played games around the table and just had a wonderful relaxing weekend. It was nice that all 3 couples had their own private room and bathroom and then our daughter slept on the hideaway in our room. We hope to go back again with better weather to enjoy the rooftop and walk to the restaurants.

We traveled to Nashville to celebrate our daughters 30th birthday. We were a party of 6 adults. This house was perfect. 3 large bedrooms each with a full bath. This house had all the little touches like coffee filters, paper towels, dish soap even shampoo in the bathrooms. Things that when you are traveling you like to have provided. The location was great. Safe, close to restaurants, shopping and a very short Uber ride to Broadway. Roof top was an added plus. Really nice to sit up there to have coffee or drinks at night. The view of the city is so nice. Kevin was quick to respond to our needs. I would love to stay here again. This house also will always have a special memory for our family as not only did we celebrate a 30th birthday, we also had a surprise marriage proposal! Highly recommend this property!

Family fun in Nashville

Very clean and nicely appointed/decorated condo. Location is convenient and not too far from the Broadway strip. Owner was available and very responsive. Enjoyed the opportunity to spend time with family, but everyone had enough room to retreat to their own spaces (bed/bathroom). A nice bonus is a nearby public outdoor track for those of us who want to get a morning run in before starting their day! My only constructive comment is that the half-bath needed a little plumbing attention (toilet loose on floor closet flange and sink faucet was loose). We would definitely stay here again and recommend this fine condo to others!

Lovely apartment in good location

We had 6 friends staying at the apartment. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and organized and we all had a fantastic time. The rooftop deck was beautiful as well. A few minor things that could use improvement was the water pressure in all of the showers, it was a trickle when using hot water. Also the karaoke machine was a blast but the TV remote did not have any batteries and we had a heck of a time getting the lyrics on the TV. I had planned a night around the karaoke so that was a bit disappointing though we made it work with what we had. Overall Kevin was great! Very responsive, flexible and kind. And the apartment was perfect for us.

The house was ideal for our situation. Three king bedrooms with en suite was perfect for a birthday weekend with friends. Everyone had enough space, but it was very comfortable. The rooftop has an incredible view. The house is really well stocked, and they don’t skimp on any of the supplies like paper towels, or trash bags that some people do. Great communication with the host. Wonderful location to go downtown town very quick ride downtown or walkable depending on how far you’re going. Lots of outdoor space and comfortable living room for hanging out indoors. Would highly recommend and will definitely return when coming to downtown Nashville again

We love this property! The view is amazing, it's fun to watch the sun go down and the lights come up. As private owners we can give our renters flexible when we can.
