About this property

As you enter your relaxation retreat you will be welcomed by the Gulf Breeze. Located right on the intercoastal waterway and just a short 5 minute walk to the sugary sand beaches of Treasure Island. Unit #7 is a delightful 1 bedroom/ 1 bath condo with a heated pool, community bar top table overlooking the intercoastal waterway at the end of the breezeway, and a picnic table where you can enjoy your evening. While sitting by the dock, you may be entertained as you watch the dolphins and manatees playfully swim by. The 2nd floor condo accommodates 4 people with a queen bed, queen sleeper, and a roll-a-way bed. This pleasant condo is equipped for all of your vacation needs including 2 TV s with basic cable, linens, ample towels, beach towels, full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, dining for 4, and in-unit washer/dryer!

Location! Location!Location! This beach condo is located in the heart of Treasure Island and only a few minute walk to the main strip. On the main strip you will find a grocery store, many restaurants, and plenty of activities. While visiting Treasure Island hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. While in Clearwater stop in and visit Winter the dolphin at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Or stop in Maderia and take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John s Pass Village.

Homelike stay in Treasure Island

The condo was very well equipped and the furniture and decorating made it feel like a home away from home. Great location to walk for groceries, dining, shopping and entertainment.

Treasure island

It was a beautiful spot. Very peaceful. Everything we needed was conveniently located within walking distance. Pool was always clean. Would definitely stay again.
